I filled my car with fuel & received a free coffee, I accidentally used the wrong cup for the coffee @ Caloundra Qld store on the 27/04/2018 & the attending server said I had to pay for the free coffee bc it was the wrong cup I accidentally used bc I never used the coffee machine before, she was very rude as she said the free coffee was not for that particular cup it was a standard cup next to the coffee machine she started to insult me words I won't say here so I paid $2 for my supposed free coffee an left it for her. so lady have a nice coffee on me you need it.

I have been trying many times to register using different emails but when I sign in it always comes with an error message. Couldn't use price lock feature any single time. Really unhappy with this app.

Apps: locked Petrol price, but when I filled up my car, & paying told me that their system of discount not working. They did it twice. So prevented me to have a discount of 20cents per litre.
Third time, they instead put sign on every 98gas closed sign!

I normally enjoy the inexpensive convenience foods, recharging Go cards and promotions. And the customer service is usually good. Tried to return a second pair of faulty sunnies to the Franchise I bought it from and had no problems the first time...but a different person and terrible customer service this time, even with assurances from the previous attendant that I was able to get a refund should I have further problems. I was humiliated in front of customers as the staff took the issue to heart and over-stepped both personal and civil boundaries. Absolute;y appalling service and unprofessional business conduct. Very disappointed.

I have used app 3 times worked fine now an update to do bug fixes gave me a bug now have 50 dollars sitting but can't open barcode locks up goes back to phone screen. Uninstalled 3 times reload still stuffed. I think this is the end for me good idea bad process. Time to part ways back to BP 98 for me..

Used to be able to see monthly spent on website.
Then 7/11 decides to take it off and said i should have kept my receipts.
Yhis behaviour sucks, seems does not care about customers.

So i went in to a 7Eleven because i was hungry and thought, 'Yes, this BLAT looks awesome! I love avocado'. I bought it and took one bite when my mouth immediately starts burning. I check the ingredients and low and behold, it isnt AVOCADO but an avocado MIX... including jalapenos.

Which Im severely allergic to.

But there was no warning on the label like "Avocado Mix" - it literally claims "Avocado" - insinuating it is straight avocado. If it said MIX I would have been more careful, but I suppose the implication of being healthy outweighs the unsuspecting customer's possible hospital trip.

Of course with an allergy, one should always been on ones toes. I made a mistake but it is also false advertising. Shame on you.

The app does not work, it just says it can't recharge, (libra)
Then it can't even find my local prices, I have tried contacting company, uninstall and reinstall app but still no luck will just give up on it now.
Unhappy customer.

Couldn’t use the prepaid money I put in the account so had to pay by other means so technically 40 litters has now cost me $100

Inquired about petrol app.. was told you silly old use a computer get out not got time for your stupid questions. I run a business if my people spoke to customers like that they be on dole quee before the sun set teach your workers there no better than white people there actually worst.

Just put your money in there and forget it. It cannot be used anywhere as it will keep declining. The store will say no problem with their machine, 7-Eleven customer support when you reach it will say there is no issue with your card and so on...we call such people thieves on the road and put them in jail...

July 11th 2018 Update: Still the best way to lose money

2 months after my initial review, the same problem continues. You can have money on your app, but cannot spend it in a store. The store says contact 7-eleven customer care, 7-eleven customer care says store is not trained and they can use the voucher manually...all in all 7-eleven don't learn or don't care!

I went to my closest 7eleven at Rosemeadow and got greeted and served by a lovely lady named Leanne, was one of the best customer service I have come across in quite a while. Definitely makes me want to return to this store.

I had to send a money gram to my parents I have done it through May other 100 fernny avenue surfers paradise I was question many Times in front of other customers what's my name and humidity me even after producing QLd driving licence

See all media saturated ads, by Ovo & 7Eleven. "Come buy our products thru 7Eleven". So I do. Or at least try.
I go to 7Eleven Kirra: "Please can I buy an Ovo Sim ?"
Reply: "Nope, sorry. They are COMPLICATED. So we are not stocking them."

Ha. So much for the advertising $ !

Poorest service.
I had always like this petrol station
But a female worker changed my reviews completely..
I went there today and mistakenly I entered through wrong way (there were no cars or people luckily).
The girl there was explaining to me I said OK but I could not see the enter and exit written and yes it was MISTAKE. She said I have not seen any pertol pump saying entrance and exit haha.

Love the coffee from 7-11. The coffee is not burnt, taste good and the best thing is, it is only $1.
