They always have what you want and you know the same thing is in every store. You also can't beat 1 dollar coffee

Today we purchased a protein bar from the 7 eleven at morayfeild qld and the use by date was 15/8/15
Almost 18 months out of date and when we took it back there was no apology, said just get another one, we were like no way mate they are out of date we want a refund. The customer service at this place is terrible.

After the fuel lock app update, now it won't allow it to work on rooted devices.. I'm not unrooting just to use this app..

Attendant charged me $4 dollar for a Hot Chocolate and told me that I put a shot of coffe and that was the reason, I would understand a dollar extra but $2 dollars? When complained the attendant just told me to never come back.his Name was Remon and he presented himself as store owner.

I had the unpleasant task of talking to a very rude and unhelpful lady by the name of Jasmin at their accounts department at head office. Jasmine did not want to go the extra mile to me as a customer that spends over $7000 per month with them on fuel and when i asked her to put me through to her manager,she said no and slammed the phone on me.It was their fault at a store when their terminals were down and she said go find another petrol station with terminals that work and i still told her i already filled up petrol and surely they can do a manual transaction on a 7eleven credit card?I will be taking my business some other place in future.

7-11 fuel app does not work. The staff have not been trained to use it. They are a scummy company that needs the ombudsman to come down hard on them and kick them out of Australia.

There are no refunds and no matter how hard you try you are trapped by this app and the inability to use exact monies... its an absolute joke. Do not get caught in the trap

You loaf your money on and then go to the store to pay for fuel and they have no idea what they're doing and laugh when it doesn't work. Ask for a refund and there are no refunds. Absolute joke.

I upload the app. They will ask a credit card details and automatically deducted to my card. When I go to 7 eleven to purchase my lock in price, he don't even know what sort of code he need to scan. Then said its not working and ask me to pay using my card. Then after a week I go to 7 eleven he said the app is not not working. I need to pay regular price again. Its totally scam.

I always buy my fuel every week from 7-Eleven so I downloaded the new fuel app lock in the price you have to put in your card details and it automatically takes money from your card.
I then went and filled up and then went in to get the app barcode scanned and the console operator does not know how to use the app and forces me to pay for my fuel so now I have been scammed to pay for my fuel twice. I ring customer service and he refuses to help me even after I get upset that I can not afford to the extra money.
BE CAREFUL ITS NOT ALL ITS MADE UP TO BE!

Every time i buy unleaded fuel from seven eleven i find that my car seems to drink it faster, than fuels bought from some other petrol stations, cannot prove this but its just an observation,.Any one notice this

Recommend to avoid. Purchased fuel, used credit card which required signature. Attendant was rude and refused to let me sign the docket until instructed to... Also toilets at back are dirty and discussing (probably had not been cleaned for some time). No where near the standard of a road house rest stop.

No toilet facilities. Why you go to a 7Eleven store when they don't let you use toilets even you or your children bursting. While all the other service stations like Shell, Caltex, BP, Metro even small private service stations have nice clean toilets for customers. Why not we should support and give business to them who providing us with the facilities at the time of urgent need. Go to a servo OTHER than 7Eleven at first place and get what you need. No need to try anymore as I have already tried so many but hardly find any with toilet facility available. Will never go to a 7ELEVEN store again.

The term 'service station' does not apply to 7 Eleven. When I was denied access to 7 Eleven's toilet, even after I'd paid for petrol and groceries, I decided to boycott them.

What sort of organisation is this ? They have toilets but yet they say they don't have one - as they are not allowing customers to use them even if you buy something from them - disgusting we should all stop buying petrol from them
