AAA Tyres Castle Hill Manager Rudolph and technician Reece are great and genuine blokes. Both are extremely helpful and try to fit you in even if they are busy. Honestly haven't seen such nice guys in car service industry. Be assured they will look after you and won't try to rip you off because of your situation. Wish them all the best and hope they continue the tradition.

These guys are a rare find. Honest, helpful and better priced than the big chains.

Was welcomed by a young mechanic with exceptional manners. Had booked a couple of new tyres and a wheel alignment. He got onto the car straight away - no waiting for other jobs to be done before me.

When finished he told the boss the alignment wasn’t needed so that I didn’t get charged for it. Anywhere else would have just billed the customer for it. And they take Afterpay which can be useful.

Won’t be going anywhere else in future.

The service at AAA tyre factory is outstanding. The guys are friendly and the service is fast and efficient. I will be going back to get my tyres done here again. Nice air conditioned sitting area with free coffee. Highly recommend these guys! :-)

Purchased some New Tyres online and needed them fitted in Castle Hill, Hills District NSW. I have been helped by AAA Tyre Factory on several previous occasions so didn't hesitate to call. Although they were fully booked, the Manager Rudolf went out of his way to squeeze me in. The job required Fitting and Balancing plus Tyre Rotation. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. My special thanks to Rudolf and the Tyre Fitter for their detail to work, their courteousness and their great customer service. I've been having trouble with a new car and its wheel alignment going out a lot, and the tyres consequently needed replacing. These guys not only beat everyone else's prices on the tyres, Continentals, but have also looked after me with wheel alignments. I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend them to everyone in the Hills District.
