he put it together for me and walked me through all the programs.
the chair is a beauty!

Chair was bought from the Acupaedic owner "Simon" for $3000 at a Sydney shopping centre stall and we were assured that it was the best chair around and that is came with 3 years warranty. After 7 months the machine broke down and when we called Simon to come fix it he took forever to come out, didn't bring any spares, couldn't fix it and promised to come back with a technician.
