Aftershokz what a Crock! Manufacturing flaws ignored by company. Dishonourable. Having to resolution via ACCC . Beware.
First we bought yourAftershokz Bluez 2S Headphones from Elite Electronics via EBay. In warranty the phones stoped working.
Vendor advised details of purchase and the non working phones returned and Treckz replacement pair sent.
Sounded good, apparently Treckz are upgrade. Very good I thought. BUT 3 weeks into using Aftershokz Treckz Titanium the soft rubber protective ear piece falls off! Reattaching rubber not straight forward and rubber ear piece wont stick. I advise the distributor Elite Electronics Australia via email and now they...Read more
simply refuse to communicate with me on the matter. I email through webpage, past emails chain, but not response . They dont want to know. I email Aftershokz USA twice via web page, surprised to find they wont return my emails either. I cant believe this is how a new company attempts to do business. I did speak major distributors Sydney Australia an they remarked on how poor this company's customer support has been. They gave me Aftershokz USA number but it doesn't connect. Be warned, should you have a problem with the products ( I am @ 2for2) you may be super disappointed (like us) with companys lack of responsibility to customers.Purchased at Elite Electronics.

This product is awesome
This product is so amazing and I’ve bought 2 of them already. Can’t live without it at all! They are just so light and comfortable, couldn’t even feel them on me. The battery last long as well.
Purchased in May 2021 at eBay for A$149.00.

Rubbish product designed for failure
The rubber housing of the headphones has now failed a few weeks just after their replacement warranty expired. Paid $200 for these and now worthless rubbish. Avoid them at all cost.
Purchased in June 2021 for A$200.00.

Finally, I've found my headphones for sport/gym
Have searched far and wide for sports headphones that: are Bluetooth; have a band around the back of my head, a firm fit that won't dislodge when I run (and sprint); without any pods stuck inside my ear; deliver a high-quality sound; great battery life. These are way superior to the Plantronics backbeat which broke after 2 months - and now I cannot get any response from Plantronics while I await my refund.
Purchased in May 2021.

Love them - Use as hearing support device
I have used the Aftershokz bone conduction headphones most days for the last six months to watch TV and listen to streams from various devices using Bluetooth connection. I can readily hear both what I am listing to without having to set it loudly and (depending how I wear the headphones) hear whats going on around me or engage in conversation.
When I research bone conducting headphones, the Aftershokz seemed the best option at the time and I haven't been disappointed.

Get a few funny looks.
Other I'm asked "what is that on your head?", and I love explaining the tech to them.
Sound is great, works just as advertised, can pair with my garmin 5x and listen to music while running without anything else.
The major advantage with these is that I can hear surrounding noises while listening to music. While many people say 'isn't the whole idea of listening to music to get away from other sounds?'
Well yes, sometimes.
But often I still want to be able to hear, say, that the kids are ok, or the traffic while I'm running / riding. Also su...Read more

Horrible product
I purchased a pair of Trekz Titanium headsets for use while Cycleing and I have been very unimpressed with the sound quality. It’s is either so quiet that I can’t hear my audio book or it distorts. I have also ended up with very itchy skin under the area where the earphone rests in front of my ear. I stopped using them till my skin settled down and then tried to use them again. It caused an itchy rash after only 30min. I am now unable to use them because of the irritation they cause. I contacted Aftershockz Australia who told me to contact the retailer. 99 bikes suggested that I resell them on Ebay as they would no0t refund me.

Trekz Titanium bone conduction headphones - one of the best in its class
I have owned my AfterShokz Trekz Titanium headphones or a year now and it is still my headphone of choice on my daily walk to work, cycling and rollerblading on the weekends and pretty much any other situations where I need to be able to hear environmental and surrounding sounds around me like traffic and vehicular noise, cyclists and even people talking, etc. As bone conduction headphones deliver sounds through the cheekbones, the speakers rests in front of your ears and on the cheekbone. The Trekz Titanium is not noise cancelling and would be...Read more
pretty useless if commuting on trains, planes and buses as the ambient noise would be too loud. The sound delivered is clear and reasonably loud but do not expect hi-fi quality as the speakers are not in your ear. This is the second set of bone conduction headphones I have owned, the previous one being a Valore bluetooth bone conduction unit I purchased in Singapore. In comparison, the Trekz Titaniium was far superior in three ways : sound quality (louder and clearer), longer battery life and more reliable bluetooth connectivity and longer range. Battery life is advertised at 6 hours continuous play and even after a year, I can still get between 4-5 hours continuous play. Charge time is approx 1.5 hrs and it boasts a standby time of up to 10 hours. The unit uses bluetooth 4.1 and is great. It connects reliably each time with clear audible prompts when it is turned on and confirms when "Welcome to Trekz Titanium ..... connected". Range is approx 10m and it is very reliable, managing to hold its connection within this range with no issues at all. I often wear them when working around my front yard and backyard so I can listen to music, audible books or podcasts. Just remember that they will be useless the moment you use a mower ot lawn trimmer as the noise will drown out anything you are listening to. The headphone has a built-in mike to allow you to answer and make hands-free calls. This works surprising well, especially when you consider that the microphone is positioned next to your ear and not right next to your mouth. So you can take and make calls when you are out and about., However, if you are in a noisy environment, your calls would not be clear due to the background noise. In terms of comfort, the Trekz Titanium was OK for me,. It is light and only weighs 36 g. It's wraparound style works well so it doesn't get in the way or have wires dangling. However, as the speakers need to rest and apply some pressure on your cheek, it tends to get a little painful after about 30-45 minutes use for me. I have to adjust the headband to reposition the speakers slightly to relieve the pressure on my cheek. Also, being wraparound, it is uncomfortable if you are lying down with your head on a pillow and trying to listen to music in bed. All in all, this is a superb set on headphones using bone conduction technology. It is sweat proof so it suits an sporty or active user. But remember, it's greatest strength is that you can listen to surrounding sounds around you and is also its greatest weakness as the sound quality will never compare to to noise cancelling headphones, in-ear headsets and over-the-head headphones. If you need a headphone whilst exercising, walking, etc, this is the perfect headphone for you.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

looks cool, but can be better
bought two for kids. works well connecting to mobile. bought the wireless one, small size.
Small size fits kids, adults can wear, but will be tight and hard to move head around. sounds is clear through bone conduction. battery lasts 8 hours approx as stated by manual.
Only downside i dont like is it lacks a headphone jack which i can still connect with wire when needed to.
Maybe if they add it in, i could use it in alot more applications and even on airplanes.
all in all, i do like it, but dont use it as often as i thought i would.
Bought it coz it does look cool. and wanted a easy light headphone.

Perfect bluetooth headset for cyclists and walkers
This bluetooth headset works by conducting the sound through the bones in front of your ears rather than by putting pods into your ears or cups over them. This leaves your ears free to hear all the sounds around you, such as traffic and people speaking to you, while giving very good quality sound from your bluetooth-connected device.
When I first heard about bone-conducting headphones, I imagined the sound would be weak or distorted but this is not the case at all. The sound quality is very good, although with a slight loss of bass compared ...Read more
with in-ear devices. The bluetooth connection is excellent and never drops out (unlike some competing cheaper devices). The headset is very comfortable to wear and is a much safer way of listening to music or podcasts while riding a bike or even walking along the street. The headset is rechargeable through a charger supplied with the device and which connects to the headset via a micro USB connector. I have also used other chargers, such as my Samsung phone charger, to charge the headset. The charged headset provides about 6 hours of listening. The setup is easy - I have used the headset with both my phone and my laptop. They come in a variety of colours. I bought the elegant (if perhaps unadventurous) blue colour. I've been using the headset for 8 months now and have no complaints (except perhaps the American accent of the woman who tells me that my headset is on and connected when I first turn it on). The voice messages also tell me when the battery is getting low. Strongly recommend.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
