Could anyone post a photo of the Alder Zen tapware, I just need to confirm that is what our taps are? Having trouble getting the tap head off, have a flat vandal proof spanner remover but the tap still won't come off...

Bianca, the Zen Tapware has been superseded by our Niseko range - same type of handle different flange. If the handle does not come off try rocking side to side after you have loosened the screw on base of handle. This sometimes will loosen any calcium build up (very common) that may have formed on spindle.

Hi Suzi, thanks for getting back to me. I can loosen the screw with the spanner on our basins but the one in the shower is stuck tight. Any tips to remove it?

Hi, we have three sets of Alder Zen basin tapware in our bathrooms which were installed by the builder. We have had a lot of difficulty changing the washers every time the taps leak. And now we're not even able to remove the spindle off the tap. The builders had also installed Alder Zen shower taps in both bathrooms which caused a lot of issues and we ended up spending over $1000 to remove them and replace with another brand. So we're quite fed up with the issues we're having with the basin taps as well. Contacting you as a last resort before we end up having to replace all three basin tap sets with another brand. Can you please help.

Did you get your tap head off, I am having the same problem. Zen has gone out of production, just wanted to confirm that is what our taps are but can't find a photo online of this design. Could you send me a photo of yours please?

Michael, to remove the handle off the Zen tap ware you will need a pronged flat spanner - this should have been left by plumber/builder on install, but if you don't have, please send your details (home address) through to our customer service inbox - [email protected] will can post spanner out to you.

Hi Suzi,
Thank you so much for getting back to me.
In the meanwhile we have had a Plumber attend to the matter and he had a couple of the spare 'tools', which he left with us, so I wont be needing any sent to me.
Thank you again and regards,
Michael Avila
