where to buy cutting blades

Undo spark plug lead, use plastic bag under fuel cap to seal fuel dank, turn mower up right so you can see underneath top lhs is where gear box i for drive, common problem spring tensioning drive belt comes undone and can be lost, if lucky it is still there and only needs to be re attached to gear box, some times when spring gets undon or for some other reason drive belt slipps off the pully then you have to do a lot more work to re attach the belt as well, see change belt on self drive mower for how to do that hope this helps.

I currently have to re attach the pulley belt and I am looking at modifying access to gear box so that I don't have to fully dissemble to re attach as it has happened several times to me already, mainly the spring de attaches but this time the belt came off the pulley and the spring was still attached but there is not enough room to get hold of the belt and re attach without taking a lot of parts off. So I will see if I can modify getting to the belt.

Check the air filter isn't blocked this was the cause of mine, and the inhibitor switch above the carby,operated by cable attached to the black handle, when you operate the handle watch to see it moves the black switch down at the engine end, just follow the cable, give it a spray with contact cleaner,this may help, also don't forget to pull the black handle if you are hand starting it, !.( if you can hand start with black handle pulled then that switch is OK, )
may be try it with the air filter off but don't do it in a dusty place. you don't want to ruin your engine, Also with all the start attempts which have failed, you had better take out the spark plug and give it a clean and dry off, then give it a go. have fun Cheers Robin.
