ALDI King Bed Frame

The bed frame is too large for the mattress that was sold with it in the Aldi special.
The slats underneath the bed are ‘sprung’ so they have some give in them. They have popped out multiple times (from about 6 months of owning the bed). It’s a really horrible experience getting up in the night to feed a child and sitting back in your bed to have it collapse on you and said child. The mattress that was sold with the bed (63396 UB3556-CK) is just as woeful. It has a sag already and I believe some of the springs inside are busted.

Doesn't creak or move and simple to assemble. We are very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended. We paired it with the also mattress. The instructions were simple and easy to follow.

So far, so good for us. The bed was purchased a week ago in desperation to not have a noisy creaky wooden bed base, and the budget was key. For $300 this bed is perfectly acceptable although it's certainly not a life long purchase. A real temporary measure.
We purchased before reading the reveiws from the last run of beds too and panicked before building it up but decided to give it a go and give the designers of the thing the benefit of the doubt.
