Poor quality and ZERO after sales support.
Ferrex High Pressure Washer 2000W (Sep 2022, Apr 2020, Sep 2020, Mar 2021)Purchased my Aldi power washer about a year ago which states on the box that it has a 5 year warranty and probably used it for a total of around 3 hours in that time. Unfortunately, whilst the main unit is still working OK, the plastic nozzles have all blown out of the side and the trigger on the gun has now blown a seal in the valve so most of the water is now pouring out from the trigger. I contacted the Customer service number for replacement parts only to receive a recorded message advising that they were busy and for me to leave my number and they would call me back within 48 hours. That obviously never happened so I therefore sent an email to the same department who's email address was shown on the box. Unfortunately, that email has also gone unanswered so the next course of action will be to simply now return the item to my local store for a refund.
Purchased in at Beeliar for $99.

Value for money, but has limitations
Ferrex High Pressure Washer 2000W (Sep 2022, Apr 2020, Sep 2020, Mar 2021)I have used this washer extensively, and find it has excellent pressure. There are no leaks, but I did have to replace the hose connector. It was plastic and broke off, but quickly replaced with a garden hose connector. The main issue I had was that the soap dispenser stopped working on the second use and never worked again so I've never used it with soap since.

Cheap pressure washer with poor nozzles
Ferrex High Pressure Washer 2000W (Sep 2022, Apr 2020, Sep 2020, Mar 2021)The Ferrex High Pressure Washer KSC501-2000E (distributor Action Spares product code is 813816) is 2000W, has a maximum water pressure of 2219PSI, nominal working water pressure of 1479PSI, maximum water consumption of 8L/Min and rated flow of 5.5L/min.
I paid $64.99 (RRP $129) and given the need to buy a replacement water gun, lance and nozzles to get good performance out of the unit I couldn't recommend it.

Read mores a shame the included water gun, lance and nozzles are so poor but the hose uses Lavor/Parkside connectors so it is not hard to source a Lavor/Parkside to M22 adapter and then attach a better quality M22 water gun and attachments. The quality of the water gun, lance and nozzles is par the course for a cheap pressure washer so this is not a shot at Aldi/Action Spares but a case of you get what you pay for. The included water gun uses a Hitachi connector for attachments.

Not a great experience
Ferrex High Pressure Washer 2000W (Sep 2022, Apr 2020, Sep 2020, Mar 2021)On sale at Aldi for $50. Worked very well for the first hour until the nozzle blew apart. Found all the parts put it back together but now multiple leaks. Back to Aldi and exchanged for another one. No issues with Aldi
Staff very considerate and very professional. Next day, 5 minutes into usage it quit. No power..called the help line call center and the operator said someone would call back. 3 days later No call back. Don't think they will ever call back. Back to Aldi for the return of the second and last washer. Aldi refunded purch
amazingly perfect

I brought a karcher before and it didn't last a week. yet this brand amazing, only down fall is i wish they had a site in australia so you can buy attachments, but other then that works a treat.

I am keeping an eye for when thery are in stock again so i can purchase one for myself.

hHgh pressure washer TOTALLY NOT WORKING only after 2nd use

I thought it might be for the reason of overheating although I turned it on for 10 to 15 minutes only. However I found it totally stops running when I tried it in this morning.
It is even frustrating that when I attempted to ring the warranty service number, it appears uncountable!

Seemed to be overheating and resuming when internals cooled down. Then it blew the breaker switch on the board. Then the nozzle blew off the end of the wand breaking the flimsy plastic retainer. Now unusable. Five calls to the warranty number which is just an answering service.

Worked well until it caught on fire!
Ferrex High Pressure Washer 2000W (Sep 2022, Apr 2020, Sep 2020, Mar 2021)I have used this pressure washer for approximately 5 hours in total and loved it. Today when I turned it on it immediately started to smoke. I could smell something burning. Left it for 30 minutes, turned it back on and it caught on fire. I immediately disconnected the power. Very scary and dangerous. Do not purchase. I have now read similar reviews.

I wouldn’t trust any electronics or tools they sell. Not happy at all.
