Staff don't know their products well enough and don't follow up on complaints. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

Do not be fooled by the kind customer service.
Their products are terrible and the delivery service is appalling. It took 3 Vanities and a month wait before we got one that wasn't cracked, then only 2 months later we have had to remove the third vanity due to another fault. Was offered $100 compensation for a $1500 Vanity.
Will never purchase anything from there again and would advise you against it. Spend the extra money at Reece.

Found the perfect Classic marble top vanity that fits into our small sized bathroom and ensuite. Great quality pieces that were very affordable. Quick delivery as per requested date. Couldn't fault the excellent customer service that we received from the team Mitcham store. Were able to make suitable recommendations and very helpful. Highly recommended if you are renovating/building a new bathroom!

Order submitted May, aware that items out of stock, expected delivery late June.
No items delivered by end July.
Order not actioned with Allure or the supplier, as apparently lost from the system.
No contact from Allure to myself regarding the order and lack of delivery, until I have phoned and emailed.
Then only sent a copy of the invoice, no acknowledgement, or guarantee to resolve their mess.

Whilst renovating two bathrooms in our period style home we found the team at Allure in Mitcham incredibly supportive in offering design advice whilst working within an established budget. Grace brings style and flair to fixtures and fittings, whilst Tony makes things happen on time with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The products are well made and look great, and the range extends from contemporary to nouveau-vintage. The in-store atmosphere is lovely and really lends itself to browsing the range, chatting with staff about ideas, and generally working out how to get the best bathroom design for your home. Accessories are well priced and classy looking. Great team, great products, great store.

I have just completed a large bathroom and separate ensuite. All fittings were purchased from Allure. The sales people are wonderful. Our bathroom is a designer look at a very affordable price. Our plumber was delighted with the ease of installation and quality of fittings. Since installation, I have not been able to get my daughters out of the bathroom.

Just bought online. delivered in timely fashion and in good condition. very easy transaction, customer service staff very helpful. good product knowledge and assisted with my thinking about renovations. looked at reece, tradelink, bathroom warehouse and found this was best price / configuration. would recommend friends and family to buy from Allure!

Ordered this recently and got it installed by my local plumber and I was very happy with the quality and look within the existing bathroom design. The Allure team were helpful over the phone when I had a few questions regarding warranty and compatibility since my bathroom is still a 1990's design.
