bought 10 adult village screen saver passes, none of them can be used but money has been taken from my account, tried to use them at village cinema box office, they scanned it and said it was invalid, they tried scanning all 10 of them, came up with the same result, system shown all these voucher have been refunded already so they are invalid, never request a refund or receive any refund from always on sale, ruined my evening, will NEVER buy from this guys again. spent over $110 on invalid fake vouchers, non-existing customer service and won't refund my money, worst experience ever!!!

After a month of promises I had to raise a dispute with the credit card company.

Ordered a camping chair and it arrived within the week, which I thought was great just in time for mothers day. Unfortunately in had a tear in the fabric and I had to return it to them postage paid. Customer Service department seemed efficient. I still haven't got the replacement chair now 4 weeks later. Everytime a ring they say it should be deliverd shortly.

Terrible service

I was very worried after reading the reviews on this site and was starting to think that my package may never come. But 8 working days after ordering my package was delivered. The communication was reasonable (email saying package sent from warehouse, ability to track, to some degree, the status of your order).

All in all a totally fine service for me; but maybe I'm one of the lucky ones?!

I received a 15% off voucher and $150 cashback on my kitchen so in total my new kitchenaid only cost me $506 whoc was a bargain my order was delayed by about a week so took about 2 weeks the keep track on my order in my account was a waste of time it akways said "on order " even a week after I'd received it

Delivery time

I purchased the Thermos 3.0 Ltr Stainless Steel, Vacuum Insulated Pump Pot and thought it is big brand but after purchased this item, I find it in bad quality it can't keep hot and alwaysonsales just kept asking me to contact Thermos and Thermos just said it's like this and nothing's faulty?! They don't allow for refund I regret for spending $69 for online purchase just to save a penny now the pot is useless just sitting there! Better buy directly from retail shop like Target or Kmart at least they've got better customer service and much easier and more generous on refund policy. Never and ever buy from it again!!!

Bad quality, poor customer service

I will not use this site again...If you're going to seel items that you do not stock you should at least ensure they're able to be delivered...not take the money and then make the customers wait.

Delivery takes too long, they claim up to 15 days, I've one item that is 8+ weeks and still waiting. Order tracking is very poor. Customer support is only 9am to 5pm (but it's not mentioned on the site) and when you call you're made to feel like you're at fault! Also, the prices aren't all that much cheaper.

Placed order in Feb expected delievry within 7 business days then got an email saying was delayed and would be despatched mid march.Today 21/3 phoned them as have not had delivery and websiote just showed status as On Order!!! When called they said was on delay and might be in stock within a week or two??? Dont bother ordering I would rather spend an extra $15-20 and actually get the goods when I want. Now I have to wait to see if the refund is as prompt LOL

Delivery leadtimes incorrect

After purchasing 2xGold class tickets for Christmas presents mid December and comformation email to say the tickets would arrive within 7 business days, Christmas came & went and no tickets! Now Mid January & still no tickets & no Refund!!!!!

Never buy from this site. I'd rather ebay it anytime than wasting my time on this. if you are unsure of how legitimate this site is... make sure to read reviews here before purchasing from an online website. I've learnt my mistake by buying them on impulse and due to temptation of low priced products.

Well, They do have attractive prices and bargains but they wouldn't notify you at the start if they had stock or not. I ordered an Edifier speaker from them, payment was taken on the (05/11) but today (24/11) only then did they call me to tell me they ran outta stock and added that the speakers have gone into discontinuation as an excuse. Well, at least they called me and offered me a refund.

Warning, do not purchase items from this website. They have no customer service, aren't really that much cheaper. Your goods will not arrive and they will be unable to explain why. I have made a phone call a day for the last week, and they are still unable to get me the things I have paid for. I will continue to call them and I will be in contact with consumer affairs.

Where do I start... after waiting five weeks, no products, and no customer service christmas is over and I had to replace presents that never arrived. Now it looks like there webiste isn't working!! Looks to me like they just stole $350.00 of my hard earned money.

This absolutely not an employee, I just think that it is important to praise as well as complain. I also wanted to give hope to others who stumble onto this site after they have paid up. I read the feedback on this site hours after I made my purchase from alwaysonsale. After reading 10 or more reviews I pretty much wrote off the idea of getting my Dyson cleaner, but ....... I ordered it on Oct 13th and I am using it today - Oct 19th. I even charged it up to make sure that it worked before I left a review. $199 plus $15 freight - bergain!
No cons at all. Happy cusomer.

Swapped Westpac reward points into alwaysonsale vouchers. Then raised the order for Apple iPad2 via a phone call (as online interface doesn't take more than 1 voucher for each purchase).

Customer service was very friendly, and the order was raised with very little trouble.

10 days later, I had my iPad delivered. Very happy.
