Poor customer service
As I had an accident I asked them(Australind Branch) to freeze my account for 3 months. After freezing the account, following month they have charged me. I rang and asked them to rectify it but no respond from them and they are not ready to do it. Seems to be they don't care about the members they just care about the money. Great customer service.

Fabulous equipment, great staff!!
After paying a huge over $100 monthly payment to my old gym I decided to check out Anytime. So much better. The equipment is all brand new and the staff are great. I can use any Anytime around the world which is really nice. Can’t fault it!

Find out how Anytime Fitness WA compares to other Gyms
Know better, choose better.
Do not sign a contract- Uneducated management that breach contracts!
Unfortunately when dealing with managers of this franchise, staff turnover is so high that no one really gives a damn about long standing customers. Membership fees are increased with zero correspondence and management have barely any brains to read their own contracts.

No loyalty discounts for longtime member's / Equipment always out of order
Was paying $50 per month but my membership expired, so i asked to renew, now they want $75 per month. The manager said to get a lower monthly price i need to sign up again on a sale event, i told her ive been a member there for close to 5 years, so why do i need to wait for a deal, she said, that was policy. The icing on the cake is the fact that several pieces of gym equipment have been out of order for the last 12+ months. When i signed up all gym equipment was meant to be in 'working order', i never complained about that. If the WA state manager of anytime fitness is reading this, its time to treat your long time member's better with lower pricing and also, fix the equipment which i had been paying a monthly fee to use.
