Best PC I worked on

published

It is slim, cool, matte screen 17", comfy to carry around (and I do), everything just works and never misses the bit. And NO VIRUSES. Mac's computer OS's see viruses just as a text, not a programme. Using skin over keyboard with different language letters - very helpful. 5 out of 5 from me and I had many very expensive and cool laptops before - like 6 -7. This is the best one to date!
slim, reliable, slick
expensive

Died after 13 months!!! Not Apple!!

Overall, this is another great product from Apple. Perfect for student studies and also great for the whole family to use.
It has a fast processor which means programs load very quickly! Having dedicated graphics meaning everything loads so quickly. The colours on the screen pop out and it simply looks excellent! It is a slick design, and the trackpad is big and easier to use than previous models, and the speakers are also better. The webcam is great too.
The headphone jack sometimes does not work properly for a few seconds when you plug the headphone jack into the port. Apart from that, I cannot fault the computer!

Overall a great computer. I use it as my main computer and I take it with me everywhere.
Previously I had windows for the past 15 years and glad I made the switch. Easy to get my head around the different operating system. Not really a 'computer wizz' but I have had no issues setting it up. Doesn't have glitches like my PC use to have. Doesn't crash and doesn't cause me any headaches.
Looks pretty, Not too expensive $1500 for 13 inch in my price range.
Pretty to look at, fashionable, easy to use, durable
the markup on accessories and software. Have to check compatibility on software and additional hardware ie. Printers.

Light years ahead of any other OS. The hardware is solid and well put together but you will get solid hardware at this price with most machines. You DO get crashes on Macs but they are far less frequent and seldom as catastrophic as those on Windows machines.
Excellent stability. Rock solid performance in music production. Fast boot up. Virus free (althugh the Windoze fan boys will tell you otherwise, 5 years on OSX with no anti-virus and NO viruses)
I really don't like the file structure with regards to where various files are saved.

The best computer equipment I have ever used - sure it took me 20 years to get educated and finally took the plunge and went totally Apple and have never been happier - no virus problems, excellent customer support and quality above anything I have previously owned. It takes a while to see the light but once you have you start to understand the reason Apple users always look so smug.
I have two Apple computers and now that I have used the laptop the older G5 desktop hardly gets switched on. Apple quality is excellent and they work. Sorry PC users - you are still living under a rock.
