Not worth the money
I was annoyed with my non-Apple mouse because it kept dropping connectivity due to interference with other nearby devices. So, I decided to get an Apple product thinking that it will work better with my MacBook and iPad mini. Well, it didn't. It was as bad, but 3 times more expensive. So, back to the store it goes.

Mouse cursor is delayed. Cursor sometimes disappears. Extremely difficult to use. Scrolling documents is a nightmare. It will scroll through the document with the slightest movement. The delayed movement is frustrating. Called the store and they put me through to phone service. Spent over 1 hour on the phone trouble shooting. Spoke to a total of 3 operators. No acceptable solution. Other than sit at the Genius Bar. Regretful purchase.

- Mouse build is really solid. Have been using heavily everyday for many years and no wear and tear.
- Design is sleek and easy on fingers. Easy to clean and looks new even after many years.
- Battery keeps running out. Although replacement is cheap, I would've liked a wired option to be available. In general I believe all bluetooth devices consume a lot of power.
- When the battery level goes under 10% it starts losing bluetooth connection.
- Overall still very good value for money as the batteries are cheap (Bunnings 28pk for $15).
Generally very happy with the purchase despite the battery issues 9/10

I got the magic mouse from Amazon for my Macbook. It's very useful once I got used to it. As a slow learner, It took me a while before I got used to the product. Mouse sensitivity is good and is lightweight.

Excellent warranty service
I purchased an Apple iMac with Retina 4K display 21.5-inch 3.6GHz 256GB [2020] for $1,860, which came bundled with an Apple Magic Mouse 2. On Sunday 8th August 2021 the Mouse I had wouldn’t charge at all, so I spoke to Lindsay from Apple via chat and run some troubleshooting steps with him butt unfortunately nothing worked so I returned it to Apple. On Tuesday 17th August 2021 Alan from Apple refunded $50 for the Apple Magic Mouse 2.

Clever idea, stupid design
I was so excited to upgrade from my Magic Mouse 1 to the cordless Magic Mouse 2. MM1 suffers from disconnection issues, and goes through batteries at a ridiculous rate. MM2 however, is reliable and rechargeable which is perfect. It comes with a USB lightning charging cable, which i can use for my iPhone too. However, the charging port is on the bottom of the mouse. Why ?? Not only do you have to turn the mouse upside down, you also can't use it while it's charging. So if you run out of battery mid-work, tough luck you need to have a back up mo

Clicking is hard and loud, and after a few hours of use, my wrist and forearm become painful. I switch to MM1 and can immediately feel the difference. MM1 is so smooth, and clicking is quiet and effortless. Apple needs to come up with a better design that combines the comfort of MM1 with the reliability and recharge ability of MM2, and then put the charging port at the top end of the mouse, so you can plug it in and continue to use it without interrupting your work.I wish I only knew
Bought two new iMac's for the home, with bluetooth keyboard and mouse at end of 2015.
Never mind the iMac reminds me of the early 80's when the PC operating system was DOS... any slower and it would go backwards! Keyboard, thanks heaven, it works just fine. Ah, but the mouse... the mouse is literally a useless heap of crap!!!!!
It chews through batteries as if there was no tomorrow... but not any good old AA battery... in order to work appropriately it demands just the battery it wants... any other and even when new it just keeps "disconnecti
Can't use it when charging
Being an Apple product (i guess it's expected) that this is expensive for a mouse - $129. I think you can buy a decent Logitech set (keyboard + mouse) for this money but that's now in hindsight. On the technical side I do like the touch pad functionality otherwise it just like any other wireless mouse, the shape for the hand is fine but nothing amazing. Didn't have any issues connecting it to the computer and the lightning cables are good if you also have an iPhone to charge.
Now there is a strange design flaw with this mouse, you can't use i
