Added Wheat to the Corn Cruskits Recipe!
Arnotts recently changed the recipe to the corn cruskits crispbreads. Not only did the size diminish, but they added wheat flour to the ingredients. They then claimed publicly that it was always present in the ingredients list, yet people with access to the previous packaged boxes can clearly prove it stated 'wheat may be present' - which is totally different to being actual contained ingredient. Massive fail on their part and even bigger one for total lack of customer service. Until they LISTEN to their customer feedback & actually take it on ...Read more
board, it's safe to say they have LOST quite a lot of customers from here on. Liked the fact they previously had wheat free ingredients for some crispbreads Added WHEAT to majority of their product lines.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Arnotts, you shrunk the Cruskits!
This was a great cracker bread for toppings, now a slice of tomato overlaps it. You shrunk the darn size of them rendering them near useless for their intended purpose. This is happening with many of your products I am finding. Get real, Arnotts! Cease doing this, you are only losing customers and not fooling anyone. I'm just wondering, how SMALL do you think you can actually go, Arnotts, before you are selling us just air contents in the box? Disgusting practice as the price has not "shrunk".
The size! The size! The size!

Shocking behaviour from Arnotts
As someone who is wheat intolerant, I have found Arnotts corn Cruskits a useful and enjoyable replacement for toast, crackers etc. I was horrified to open up a normal size cardboard packet this morning to find the new reduced size crispbread - it is dishonest to do this and leave the outer the same size. New size is ridiculously small for a crispbread and not big enough for many toppings. Gross profiteering, shocking, dreadful behaviour by Arnotts.
Nothing!

Cruskits
I give these to my toddler as a snack and she loves them! They are so light and crispy and taste great with pretty much any topping. I do find that once opened, they go stale very quickly so you need to remember to store them in an airtight container.
Inexpensive, tasty snack

Arnotts have reduced the thickness to fit with calorie count
I was really disappointed with Arnott's changing the thickness of the Cruskits, to fit with their new add. They always made an excellent base for toppings, now they should be called 'Arnott's Thins".Sorry they couldn't advertise this good product honestly.
The freshness on opening
The flimsy new product

Excellent
Quick and easy to use as a snack and can be made with healthy and yummy toppings like cherry tomatoes and olives, avocado, ham and chutney etc.
They are very low fat only about 60 calories for 3.
Can sometimes stick to your tongue because they are a bit dry but you can easily solve this by using a little bit of cream cheese.

Good
I find these are great for little kids as they break up in your mouth. They are plain but will a little flavour so you can put any kind of topping on them that you like. You can also put cheese or something between them as a Cruskit sandwich.
Great for kids and not unhealthy like most snacks.
I am not that keen on the packaging as although you are supposed to put them in a sealed container after opening who has time to do this? I find that they end up going stale as it is hard to reseal the packet to keep in the freshness. They don't have a lot of body to them so are not filling up this can be a plus also in that just having one or two is not that high in calories.

Bad
These are okay to eat if you want something light and crisy. They are very subtle in flavour and very crumbly to eat. I like them with some toppings, but they are fine on their own too. They dont appeal to me, so I dont really buy them often.
These are light crispbreads that come in a range of flavours. They are pretty big in size, and I think the idea is to eat them with some topping for a snack or eat a couple of them for a light lunch. I have eaten these with a can of tuna and found them to be pretty okay to eat (not on a daily basis because they arent filling enough).
I dont particularly like the taste and the texture, so I dont buy them regularly. Since they are really light, I dont think they are too healthy to snack on.

Does Arnotts still make Rice Cruskits My wife has a dietry condition and can't eat wheat. She has eaten your Rice Cruskits for years but now cannot find them in grocery stores here on the Gold Coast.

Why! Prices go up everyone understands that, it’s a sneaky ploy, I wouldn’t care about paying a little extra, but this is trickery
I thought Arnotts were better than that

I can't find any either, and they are the only ones that are gluten free and contain no wheat.
