Poor UI
User interface is cumbersome and not intuitive to use. I get frustrated trying to use it, can't imagine how frustrating it must be for my elderly grandparents to try and use

Go the Asko Pyro Peeps! Love it...
Bought the ASKO Craft OP8687ss a few months ago - I have not stopped cooking up a storm in this little beauty! I teamed it with a combi-microwave and use both appliances equally as much, esp when I'm entertaining for family. The pyro clean is quiet and thorough, I get a new oven every time I do a Pyro. I use the Programs as well as manual settings - seriously - it makes me a better cook! I've nailed a Pork crackling roast and I love that you can use the same roasting pans in the combi as well as the pyro oven! Less mess = Less dishes = Happy life!

Huge disappointment
It would be the dirtiest and hardest oven to clean the pyrolitic feature is a waste of time, the grill system is a fail and baking pastry or cakes outside is over cooked and interior is raw, in the past I have had a belling oven and had no complaints. Don't consider these products.

Know better, choose better.
What a disappointment
I don't claim to be the world's best cook but I do know how to bake a cake. Unfortunately this Asko oven, which has computer programs for almost everything, doesn't perform to expectations when you choose 'manual' to bake a cake. I have cooked three cakes, all of which have required additional cooking time. Having paid top dollar, I expected better - much better.

Worth The Extra Dollars
Purchased both the OCS8676S Combi Steam Oven and this Pyrolytic in a Pro Series 5. Both units had a software change at manufacture which was not reflected in the manuals. We contacted Asko and very quickly we were contacted by the National Food Products Manager. He came to our house, checked the units and said he would verify the manuals. Came back to us after a few days and agreed that there had been a change and offered us the Pro Series 7, both units, in good faith. Customer service is alive and doing well and we cannot speak highly enough o...Read more
f the the National Food Products Manager or Asko. These units do everything. They are intuitive, have a Coach mode which not only gives you the settings but tells you how to mix/prepare the chosen recipe but also what ingredients to buy. No dials, all touch screen and takes all the guesswork out of cooking. We recommend these ovens to anyone prepared to spend a few extra dollars to achieve perfect, effortless results.Similar opinion?
