I purchased this laptop at Officeworks and within 5 weeks it no longer works whatsoever and I've thrown away $900 on a laptop with a poor quality design build. The screen is particularly thin and flimsy and was damaged in transit in my computer bag. This is my 4th laptop and my previous ones have lasted 5, 10 and 15 years, never had a broken screen and were taken overseas and on long camping trips without any damage. Officeworks say a broken screen is "at fault" damage that's not covered by the warranty, but how is it my fault that they've designed this to break at the slightest knock!! Laptops are meant to be portable and therefore should be designed with decent durability.
