Yummy
I was expecting a small and bland tasting chocolate bar. However I was pleasantly surprised how large and how tasty they were. The chocolate bars were a little hard to chew but this was the only down side to the product. Overalll, if you are looking for a Low Sugar and Low Carb treat I would definitely recomend this product. Much better than expected.
Purchased in April 2021 at Coles for A$13.00.

Delicious
These are great tasting and very low in carb. My only criticism is that Atkins uses aspartame instead of stevia. If they switched to a natural alternative I would eat more. Otherwise, size and price are reasonable, especially when on special at the supermarket
Purchased in October 2021 at Woolworths for A$9.50.

Sooooo yummyyy!!!
Haha I’ll be honest. These DO NOT help me to lose weight or even maintain my weight at all. But that’s probably due to the fact that they are sooo yummy that I don’t stop at just one. I end up having 2 or even sometimes 3.
If you have some self-discipline and CAN actually stop yourself at one, then maybe these things would actually work as part of a short term diet. But if your like me, all I can say is that they are too delicious. Haha
Purchased at Woolworths.

Dangerous and false adverising
This is a dangerous product for type one diabetics as it falsely states the carbohydrate values
It should carry a warning for type one diabetics as carbohydrates are hidden and disguised under other names. They contain alcohol sugars . .Insulin doses need to be adjusted for carbohydrates .
Its total carbohydrate is not 2 g

Excellent
I love the Atkins Caramel Nut Chew bars are my favourite low carb bars as they are equivalent in taste to the best chocolate bars in the normal confectionery isle. The price is really not that bad compared to other diet bars. I find that the richness and combination of flavours really satisfies my worst carb craving moments. I really LOVE them!!
Really yummy!! Caramel Nut Chew bar tastes rich and indulgent just like any normal chocolate bar. Completely satisfies cravings for carbs.
My son can't eat peanuts so this might be a problem for some.

Excellent
My favourites are the Caramel Nut Chew Bar and the Chocolate Coconut Bar. They are covered in great chocolate and don't taste like diet food at all. They are fairly rich so I can make one bar last 2 sessions. The chocolate is thick so they are not suitable to carry around in your purse for a snack as they will melt, but the Day Break bars can be used for that.
Buy them when they are on special and you can have treats like the rest of the family
These are great treats and you hardly feel that you are on a diet
They can be a bit expensive
