Excellent. Taste Yum. And Brilliant for Snack
This past week I have tried all the flavours. My naturopath got me a sample packet of all the shakes. She also got me a sample of all the bars and I liked them all. Particular favourites of the bars are vanilla, caramel and the cherry ones. I am following the Keto diet and have found these bars are invaluable, if I suddenly feel hunger pangs during the day. ne week and an down two kilos already. I was a bit nervous about trying this product after reading the really bad review below. But I love them and have actually found my very favourite shake is the vanilla (reminds me of vanilla ice-cream) YUM. I am very happy with these products.Similar opinion? KETO BARS ARE AMAZING
Big fan. They are a healthy substitute to a chocolate bar. Barely any carbs and lots of protein. Wish you could get them at the shops rather than having a script from a naturopath and ordering online.

Yuk!
I bought a pack of bars with all the flavours and they were ALL disgustingly horrible to taste. The vanilla shake-it powder which when made into a shake was also tasteless! I had to throw my whole order out, what an expensive waste.

Awesome Nutritional snack
Im a chocoholic and snacker (especially during 3 to 6 pm) but the keto bar definitely cuts down your appetite and it feels like your eating a chocolate bar. It is also great as a replacement meal for lunch or if you know your going out to eat then eat 1/2 a bar beforehand and it helps you to not overeat.
It is handy, quick and a nice snack

Overall I liked this bar, especially the Cherry Coconut. Theu can be a bit chewy so keep them out of the fridge and don't eat the whole bar at once have halk in between meals. Recently Unless you see a Natropath who uses metagenics, it is becomming harder to get Ketagenics products unless you have a script from a Natropath. Just recently I had trouble getting some of these bars as I was asked for a script from my Natropath. Lucky I had one, But I still think its a bit outrageous seeing they are just bars.
