Very comfortable well made bed very supportive nice to wake up without a sore back cushion top just the the right thickness and density great to see local product comparable with other products costing 3 times as much

Amazing customer service. I did my research online regarding a new mattress after I decided to replace my beds. Ausbeds came highly recommended and I already knew what I wanted before I even stepped into the showroom. Loving our new Aurora Queen bed from the friendly team at Ausbeds. A very simple and helpful bed selection process laid out in the showroom in Marrickville with great help from Karl and Courtney. It is great to be able to support a local business manufacturing in Australia.

King Size Aurora
Most comfortable bed we’ve had. No more back ache of a morning! Great service & love that it’s locally made. Delivery was really quick and they even took away the packaging. Very happy! Highly recommend.

Great Aussie bed at a great Aussie price.
Great bed made with quality in mind. Excellent customer service through first visit at the showroom to delivery. Excellent communication. I had an issue with first bed delivered and boss man Karl was all too happy to exchange the mattress. Its comfortable, but early days to judge any sag etc. However, based on countless positive reviews I’m confident we will be just as happy for years.

Soft but we are adjusting.
Softer than normal and we are adjusting. Will give it a chance to settle for 2 weeks. Sleeps very cool which is encouraging. Excellent service and delivery. Confident that after sales service will be good based on others feedback. Ben and other team that are the face of the business were great to deal with.

I liked the low pressure sales technique - no hovering salesman - and not having to choose between brands, just between types of construction. I went for the latex mattress and pillow. It was delivered efficiently and on time by Harry. I can sleep on anything, so my wife's assessment is more significant, she loves the mattress and the pillow, although it took her a few nights to get used to the pillow. One minor comment - because the latex layer stays firm I tend to "wander" around the bed in my sleep.

Amazing
Mattress is really comfy and supportive for side sleepers. I've only had it one night so can't comment on sagging. Company was very easy to deal with from recommending a mattress, ordering and delivering at my preferred time.

Actually bought the Aurora 6, not Sienna
I bought the Aurora bed, which is new to their range and not listed on their website. I've had the bed a month and now that I've had time to get used to it I thought I'd write a review.
I'm liking the bed, it's comfortable and cool. It's very deep so you need to make sure your sheets fit. Apparently the thing that sets it apart is the amount of natural latex in it. I bought the level 6 (mid range). I feel I could have gone for the 4 (softer). I'm between 80-85Kg and single. All in all I think it's a great quality bed for a fair price.

d Ausbeds good to deal with although their internal communications are not good, with the delivery instructions not getting to the driver which caused the delivery guys to have to lug the bed halfway around the block. They also didn't give me the half hour notice I requested (rather, 15 mins). They just don't seem to read their emails (not the delivery guys' fault!). On the plus side the base came with both castors and feet, so if I move somewhere where feet are more appropriate, I can swap them on. They also took my old bed downstairs for me.Purchased in September 2021 for A$1,750.00.

lf and it's been difficult to set the factory while continuing to deliver mattresses. We actually managed to deliver every mattress on time, however the details definitely will improve now that we are all set up. The mattress you bought, the "Aurora" is the main reason for the switch to manufacturing right here in Marrickville. I couldn't get anyone else to make it so I had to do it myself. It's 10cm of latex on top of 21cm of pocket-springs. A great combination of high quality components.
