Read on line information about different types of mattresses. Went to Marrickville store to view. Found staff most informative, professional and non coercive. Made informed decision and was well supported with delivery and installation to my small difficult to access apartment by Ausbeds representative Leo. Excellent product.

The bed is extremely comfortable. It’s our second one with the company and no regrets. The delivery guy Leo was extremely helpful seeing I had a little baby with me and assisted me all the way to my door.

The bed is comfy, but it is extremely heavy to make. You need about 3 grown men just to lift the mattress so you can tuck a fitted sheet. Def not suitable for anyone over 50 years of age as the mattress alone is 3 x heavier than a standard everyday mattress. We have a Queen so I could only imagine how much a King would weigh. Making this bed is an injury waiting to happen and I almost break my back each week doing so.

Absolutely Effortless transaction!! I walked into the show room around 11am, tested the different mattresses. It was delivered before 2pm on the same day! No fuss! Thanks to Harry who delivered on time and even helped with setup.
I was keen on the firmer SR8, however Karl recommended the SR6 based on my requirements which turned out to be perfect. Bed quality and customer service is far more superior to rival boxed mattress.

We were pleasantly surprised the salesman wasn’t pushy, instead, helpful and genuinely interested in our requirements. We chose the SR8 and thankfully, he advised against it. Happy with the SR6.

Sleeping well now I have upgraded to ausbeds. I get a Full nights rest. I am Very happy as is my wife with the comfort level. I have Already recommended these beds to a friend

I forgot how important a good mattress is until I had a go on one of these. I've had my queen mattress now for more than two months and it's broken in great. The top layer gets nice and comfy and the springs provide just the right amount of firmness for me. Would recommend these guys without a second thought! Leo was also a great help!

The service at Ausbeds was excellent and they helped me organise a further delivery. Harry was very helpful when the bed was delivered and set up the bed and base for me. The actual bed is very comfortable and appears to be durable.

The whole experience with Ausbeds from trying out the mattresses, making our purchase at the Marrickville showroom to the same day delivery of our Sienna SR6 Queen mattress was totally awesome and easy. George was great and so was Josh who was super helpful. Our delivery guy, Ben did a great job and was careful and thoughtful in how he delivered and installed our mattress. We now have two ausbeds mattresses and are very happy with them. We actually bought a $6k bed from a well known brand but happened to stumble into the ausbeds showroom and realised they sell an equivilent product at a fraction of the price. We refunded that bed and bought this one instead.

The mattress itself is high quality and as good as anything sold by the major brands. The service and delivery are first rate and the warranty gave us comfort.

We wouldnt buy a bed anywhere else now and hope ausbeds disrupts an industry that has ripped off consumers for too long.

I purchased the Sienna mattress 5 weeks ago and it has been a very positive and enjoyable experience. Firstly the customer service was outstanding and straight away I liked the simple and down to earth approach that Karl offered me and my partner. Within days I purchased the mattress and organised a date and delivery time. The delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date all the way. The mattress itself is very comfortable and is perfect for my partner and I. The only concern I had was a little bit of overheating during the night but as soon as I got a mattress topper, it reduced the heat and kept the temperature at a comfortable rate during the night. I would highly recommend Ausbeds to my family and friends.

The bed is very comfortable without being too soft or too firm. Feels great for my back and can sleep in any position. The bed doesn’t get hot or stuffy under the blankets. The service was incredible. Harry was friendly and delivered the bed promptly. It was all too convenient. Definitely worth every cent!

Top quality service from Harry and George. Mattress has been good to date. Have to wait and see how it feels after a few weeks but so far so good.

We walked into the shop and spoke with the owner, he was genuine and knowledgeable and showed us his products.. we selected the top range product because it was a great price for the quality. He told us they would deliver that same afternoon - and they did.. right up to our apartment and onto our bed frame.. they even took the plastic wrap with them. An awesome experience from start to finish. My only regret is that the maximum stars I can give is 5!

I have never tried memory foam before on a bed, but its perfect good night's sleep. And my memory foam pillow I purchased from Ausbeds, is awesome as well. I am away now and cant wait to get back to my bed! It seems that I am another very satisfied customer!
