This is the third bed I have purchased from ausbeds Marrickville. Excellent service every times. Quick and easy delivery and beds are awesome! Can not fault them. Courtney is wonderful and Karl is a awesome bloke and I wish him all the best with his business. Keep doing what your doing it’s the best!

We are return customers to Ausbeds. We bought a mattress from them some years back and have loved it. Since moving to a bigger place, we bought another mattress for our spare room and guests have commented on how well they slept!

I purchased the old style sienna 8 which apparently is not popular and has been discontinued, but I personally feel the firmness of this mattress is better than the current popular range - pity.
Regardless, really good for now, but only used it for 2 days, but I am happy with it.
I will update this in 3-6 months’ time when I can better comment.

Super comfy and relaxing. No back problems. This mattress is for a spare room so we havent tested it much. Harrys delivery was super efficient and engaged with our difficult to access terrace.

We are very pleased with both the Sienna R8 -Queen and Aurora 4 -Queen mattresses. Both are very comfortable and supportive. I put a cotton mattress cover on the Aurora and it was not as soft as I remembered it to be in the showroom. After putting on a more flexible cover the mattress was absolutely perfect. The service from Ausbeds was excellent with Karl explaining how the beds were made without the hard sell. Harry the delivery driver was very efficient and arrived exactly on time. Delivery was free because we bought the two mattress and a Hudson Base. Very satisfied with Ausbeds.

Haven't slept on the bed yet, so can't comment on it. But service was excellent. Bought it from showroom at 12pm Sunday, and it was delivered by helpful Leo before 3pm the same day, so there was no wasted time, great service.

George and Karl have been very helpful with our purchase and base change request. They don’t make you feel bad about making mistakes and I think this is something worth talking about. Our bed was delivered on time, no hiccups at all. Delivery in charge, Harry, also took the effort to send a friendly text before even meeting us. Great dynamics within the company is not easy to come by!

I ordered a couple of weeks prior to my delivery date and George and Karl helped me and gave me advice on choosing the right bed. Delivery was made on the agreed day without any hiccups by Harry.
Have slept on the bed for 2 weeks now, no faults and very supportive, it is a firm bed which is what I like.

My wife and I went to the showroom to check out the mattresses and were very impressed.
We purchased the Jasper and arranged delivery.
On the morning of delivery my shift was changed at work so I called to see if the mattress could be delivered earlier. Well they delivered it 45 mins later!
Tennessee was extremely professional and helpful. His service was second to none.

We have been there after reading most of their reviews and blog posts on their website. We have purchased the Jasper bed and hudson base from them on the Easter weekend and can already feel the improvement in our sleep quality. George ensured that we had a smooth experience in the store . The delivery was scheduled as requested and their delivery person Harry showed great caution in delivering the bed to my second floor unit through a narrow passage. Worth every cent of the money and every second of the time spent.

It was quite urgent when I purchase it, in the middle of the night. And they delivered it to me before the lunchtime of the next day. I was very impressed with the efficiency.

The mattress is quite comfortable and in good condition, like it a lot.

Harry, the delivery man, is very friendly and energetic, great personality.

Excellent service, prompt delivery (same day) and most importantly, fantastic product. Have not slept this peacefully in ages.
