I was served by a true gentlemen named Harry. Very efficient and helpful. He made sure I left super happy! After our bed was delivered ( in the same day ! Amazing!) the bed has proved to be the most comfortable thing ever! Not to mention the pillows! Have told all my friends!

I wanted a firm, supportive mattress and the jasper is perfect.
I used to think waking up every couple of hours at was normal but I now literally sleep through the night.
The service from both Karl and Harry was really appreciated, great advice and delivery right in time.

After less than an hour at Ausbeds with great help from George I chose the bed that most suited my needs.It was delivered four hours later by two very helpful boys who not only set up the new bed upstairs but took the old bed and base to my garage for storage for which I was very thankful.I thoroughly recommend Ausbeds for all round great service.

The mattress was how I imagined it to be and so much more. Its very comfortable, not to mention affordable. It supports my back which has always been a problem for me over the past few months. Ever since I've purchased this mattress, I have nothing but good sleep every day.

BEST MATTRESS EVER!!! Can't rate enough of the quality of the mattress!! On top of that the service is excellent!! I read through the reviews from all other major and minor mattress brands including Ausbed first, then we decided to drive to city to try the bed out ourselves. Slept on Jasper for a few seconds, we immediately knew that this is the one. Ordered one king size bed on the spot to be delivered to the mountains with very reasonable delivery fee. Though the date was a week early, but we were compensated by the half priced water proof mattress cover. The whole team is wonderful. Thank you for the awesome quality bed!!! I'd say the mattress is firm but not too hard, just right for us!

I bought a mattress with Karl. Unfortunately, after a few nights I realised that this mattress was not right for me. I called up Karl and he was extremely nice and understanding and let me return it - no problem at all! He credited me the full amount back right away. I don't know where to start! Great bloke, great bed and just all round great service!!
I rang up after lunch time on Wednesday wanting to buy a bed and be sleeping on it that night, when everyone I had called up kept telling me "nah not going to happen" well ausbeds made that happen!!
His driver was booked out so he drove it out to quakers hill at around 630-7 himself! What a Bloke! And what a service!! Wish there was more poeple in the world like the owner of Ausbeds beds!

I recently purchased three of the queen sized latex mattresses for my daughters and I have to say they are amazing. I bought them on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday. The beds are incredibly comfortable and are a third of the price of what we were looking at buying from a popular bedding store. Thanks to the guys at the store for all their help. Great experience all around.
