This is not a simple question because the answer involves the cause of the insomnia. Australian Bush Flowers don't stock a "Sleep" Remedy because they work on a deeper level. There are things we would need to know to provide such a recommendation. Has this been something that you have experienced for years and what other emotional and physical conditions are experienced with it? Has it happened suddenly and is there a current stressor? We also need to know about your nature and personality. Are you usually a calm and easy going person? Do you experience anxiety, depression or fearfulness? No not a all. I have only had remarkable results from Australian Bush Flower Essences. I haven't heard of it from anyone else either. But my husband is studying Natural Medicine so I will send your email to him and ask him to ask around.

No adverse reactions that I know of and do not see any on the Therapeutic Goods Administration website. I would expect any adverse reactions to be reported on this site.

Thank you so much. You have no idea. I gave them to my dog (on naturopath' advice) and she has had to be euthanised because of pancreatitis. She was a Rescue so I don't know her history but I have been blaming myself. Thank you so very much. My poor little girl was so sick.
