Terrible service and took forever to arrive!

Place an order and after two weeks they still hadn’t dispatched my order. Called twice no answer and emailed 3 times with no reply. Finally got my order 4 weeks after I placed it. Won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Horrible Customer Service

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. When I emailed to see when my goods had been delivered after waiting 2weeks with nothing, they decided to post them that day. When I emailed to ask why they weren’t sent straight away as their website states my email was blocked by them!! I am still waiting on my summer sleep bags to turn up. They shouldn’t be running a company and after reading the reviews for them I wish I hadn’t of ordered from them.

I ordered 3 ergo baby sleeping suits. The order arrived 3 weeks later but every time I called they kept saying it’s coming, it’s coming. They have no urgency and I would never purchase of them ever again. I ordered sleeping bags from the Baby Sleep Store late Friday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday afternoon.

I placed an order and it took 3 weeks to arrive. When I sent an email asking for information about where my order was, I received no response. Extremely disappointing lack of customer service. Will not purchase from them again and definitely wouldn't recommend if you want anything to arrive in a timely manner.

Ordered 2 sleeping bags. Called them 2 weeks later to ask about the progress of my order and was told it was the fault of the supplier and would be shipped the following business day. Still hadn't heard anything by week 4. Attempted to contact again several times and the call was disconnected or "on another call" with no voice mail option. Email was unanswered. Finally I lodge a dispute with my bank and paypal and received an email with an invalid tracking number. I replied that I would escalate the dispute and I finally received the goods 2 days later. I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered some light tog sleep layers for my baby ahead of an overseas holiday. Over a week had passed after I ordered and I heard nothing in regards to my order being shipped. I called to follow up and was told that they were out of stock of one of the items I had ordered and were waiting on it being delivered. I was not contacted to see if I was happy to wait or to be offered a refund.
So I was left with no time to go to my local baby chain store to purchase some ahead of our travel
Not a happy customer at all.

I have bought from this website more than 20 days ago and my goods never arrived. Have emailed them a number of times including requesting my money back and nobody is responding.

Ordered an item approximately a month ago, and it never arrived. Tried email the company several times, but no respond at all! Tried calling the phone listed on their website, but no one picks up. Horrible horrible horrible! Don’t buy from them!

We haven’t received our products which was ordered almost a month ago. Email response is very bad, hopeless experience overall, will never buy again or recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Will NOT Refund, CHEATS

We bought a baby sleep bag, was accidentally too big, our fault. So we entered into the Return process. This has been a 3 month disaster! The BabyBabyOnline company are cheats and liars. They just ignore our calls and emails. We did everything they asked at the time ie "Buy a new item from us, at the correct size - return the small one you bought, we'll refund". This company is a cheat.

Ordered sleeping bags from this company numerous times without issue until one time they sent me the wrong size sleeping bag - sent S instead of M. Emailed them and got an immediate reply saying they had no M in stock so telling me to return the sleeping bag and they would refund me. Returned the sleeping bag, no refund. Sent numerous emails to them with no response, they don't answer their phone. A couple of months later I got an email asking me for good feedback for my recent experience. I responded with details of my experience and asked once more for my refund. No response. You may have one or two smooth transactions with this company but they will burn you at some point - trust the negative reviews!!

Stay away from this online store. They are very dodgy and you will have to call them multiple times to know the status of your order. No communication at all! I just cancelled my order and I really hope I get my money back.

Ordered 3 items from WA .. expected some delay but 14 days later and multiple unanswered phone called and no replies to e mails I'm going to ring my bank and get my money back. Never received any Australia Post tracking details so I'm pretty sure my items were never even sent.

Update ..

I sent them an e mail telling them I was getting my bank to chase a refund and also contact ACCC . Hey presto within 1 hour I had an email telling me sorry that they were dealing with other customers and that's why they could not answer my phone calls and that they did not have the stock to fulfill my order. I have apparently gotten a refund but will wait till i see my money in my Account .

Thought from their website that a Sydney metro delivery would be quick. Bought two baby sleeping bags on the 7th June for a holiday.

Total silence.

Never got a dispatched email. No communications whatsoever. Nothing ever arrived.

I called them today (19th June) to find out that the items were never in stock!! No one even called me to let me know. They’ve been sitting on my $85 for 12 days with zero efforts to keep me in the loop. Waste of time! Needed them for a Perth holiday given its freezing - had to use extra blankets. I called them today and demanded a refund!!

Shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service and zero reliability.
