Affordable, great product, great owners

I chose to buy from Babycare nursery because other online sellers didn't offer insurance for delivery (and the pram that I wanted could not be bought in a store). The correspondence was very helpful, delivery was insured and super quick, and the price very competitive with other online shops. They also have a good range of products, so lots of choice!

Sam was very friendly and I received my Peg perego Siesta high chair within 3 days of ordering it online, with free delivery, and it was out of stock at other stores. It was also much cheaper than the big name baby stores with personalised service. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Inexpensive and efficient

I cant believe how excellent the service was here at babycare nursery. I ordered in the afternoon and recieved the item 2 hrs after. Delivery was so quick i couldnt believe that i was gonna recieve my item on the same day. Will sure be ordering more items here. Highly reccommended and items are cheaper than any other baby store.

I put the order for a capsule at 9 pm, they called me the next day in the morning to say I had forgotten to put my house number, I gave it to them and I got the capsule at 1pm this same day. I could not believe it! The product was delivered to my door in less than 24 hours!
Inexpensive and efficient!

I had been searching for weeks for somewhere that had the Motorola Video Monitor that I was after. After calling several online stores claiming 'in stock', I finally came across this store that indeed had it in stock ready to dispatch that day. As promised, it was dispatched, Thursday and was received by me early Monday. I am in Tweed Heads, not even a metro area. The item was well packed and clearly addressed and contained invoice for warranty. Next time I need to buy a specific baby item, this store will be the first one I call!
Exceptional service, price including postage was still competitive.

I found the service from Babycare Nursery to be excellent. After going to Baby Kingdom, and finding them out of stock for three out of three items on display (and then refusing free delivery to save me a return visit), I went online and ordered the same items from Babycare Nursery.

Not only did they have the items in stock, but they also had prices that were very substantially lower. Sam was extremely helpful, and personally delivered the items just a couple of business days later (and this was between Christmas and New Year). Highly recommended.

After poor service from a local baby shop here in Adelaide (that has been around since I was a baby and therefore expected far better service), I decided to do my usual google for online shopping. I ordered New Years Eve, my high chair was dispatched Wednesday and I received it Friday morning. Wonderful service and great price. Even with delivery it was till cheaper than what I could get in Adelaide. Will added Babycare to my list that I check when sourcing baby items. Thanks!

I have made a mistake when was placing my order and they just brought both sets matching each other so I chose what I like better. Fast, flexible, client oriented

I wish I'd found Babycare Nursery sooner! I would have saved myself so much trouble and lost sleep. We needed a new car seat for our little one and ordered it late on Wednesday night. Got it today! And we live in North Western NSW! We needed a spare bed, mattress and bits and pieces at Nanna's place in Vic - it's already on it's way - and the delivery fee was less than what a certain huge global baby store wanted to charge for just the mattress!

Plus Sam and Jessica were so patient and helpful over the phone - unlike another baby store in Qld that couldn't be bothered answering their phone or replying to my voicemail message. I'm recommending Babycare Nursery to all my mum-friends.

I ordered a mattress on Monday night and received it on Tuesday arvo (Fastway courier)! Now that was amazingly efficient and fast, beyond my expectation. The mattress was cheapest amongst other competitors from my own research. I would recommend this to my friends and also would not hesitate to make more purchase here.

I've bought a few items from Babycare Nursery (e.g., a car seat and a bath seat) and was always happy with their fast and efficient service. I ordered on Saturday night and had the delivery by Monday morning. Their prices and very competitive too, many items are a lot cheaper than at other online stores.

I went brought the vee bee playpen from this store today, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Most importantly it was the cheapest and my 1yr old son loves playing in there! Would surely recommend it to friends. They have a lot of things on sales like baby strollers and car seats!

I ordered an Infa Secure "Turn A Tot" Car seat, as this was the cheapest that I found on the net. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number straight away. I was able to track my parcel, every step of the way, and i even received a phone call from the courier, to let me know what time delivery would be.
