Don't buy from this seller
I would rate this 0 stars if possible.
I made my purchase on 19 march and my credit card was immediately debited. Shipping was estimated at 5-10 days. I tried contacting the seller to check the status of my order as it was for a trip away. The contact phone number is disconnected. I also sent emails and sent a request through their website and have not received a reply to any of this.
I have now requested a refund as I will need to go and buy a replacement today (which defeats the purpose of shopping on the next). I have not recieved a response to this either so I think I will be kissing my money goodbye.

Never received product, no contact details for company
I ordered a playpen for a recent holiday on 29th Dec 2011 and 1 month later I am still waiting although after numerous emails to them, i was advised that it was being delivered in 3 business days. That was 1.5 weeks ago.
The contact number for the business is disconnected and the only email reponse i have had was 2.5 weeks after I emailed them. By that time, the product wasnt required as it states very clearly on my email receipt delivery was 2 standard business days!
The T&Cs are shonky too. They state you can return an item 7 days after...Read more
purchase date....but it also states that some items will take up to 10 days to deliver. I am still waiting over one month later (mind you my credit card has been charged on 29th Dec) I have also used the website form to contact them, once again, no response. The site looks great, but whomever is running the operations should understand that people buy from the internet as it is meant to be convenient and easy...do not use this company if you want that. I have now made a complaint to the Department of Fair trading as I never received any contact or refund. Hopefully they can stop this dodgy seller
