Can you use a deluxe bassinet in a city elite 2?

Another question about a recently purchased second-hand elite.... I noticed in a lot of pictures there is fabric that attaches to the bar/frame behind the canopy. The one I purchased does not have this extra piece of fabric. What is it’s purpose? Thanks!

Hi baby jogger, just wondering if it is worth buying a backboard for my city elite? I want to use for light jogging/travel pram as it folds so well! My little one is 16 months old. Just want to know if it will be comfier with the back board (especially while jogging) or if the board will make it too stiff and it is comfier without, being more of a sling like seat? Hi guys, our due date is 2nd of April and I really got my eyes on the city elite. I'm contemplating wether to buy new or second hand. After having a brand new one in my hands at a local shop I was very impressed with the suspension if the pram. My question is: Did the suspension massively improve from previous year models to the 2018/19 model city elite or has the system never really changed and is just as awesome as the one on a brand new model?

I purchased a city elite second hand and just wondering if there should be a board or something in the back of the seat. There is no support in it.

Hi everyone. I purchased our Baby Jogger City Elite brand new in 2015. It has a 3 point harness and the buckle needs to be replaced as one side no longer fastens. It looks like the straps are sewn into the pram seat so am wondering how to replace the buckle so it is safe to use for baby #2. Any tips?

I have a second hand baby jogger city elite 2014 model and would like to know if its possible to undo the side harness straps to fit a universal pram liner? They seem fixed.

We have the city elite and love it. Had it for our 3 year old but now need it for our 4 month old. Does it only face outwards? Is there a temporary seat insert we can buy to have our boy facing us for the first little while. Thanks

Is there any way I can change the back pockets of city elite pram.I bought it second hand in very good deal but the pockets of the pram got very loose .Want to change them .Or even happy to welcome some creative ideas to cover them or get rid of them.

Hi I have purchased baby jogger in 2013 and I noticed that the canopy adaptor is very loose. One side canopy doesn’t lock .and when I saw there is spring that is not on right place . And I don’t know that how to open to fix it . Help me plz

How can I fix my frame on my city elite? It is very wobbly when using it. Especially when turning the stroller in either direction. I've never put heavy things on my handle, only every used the storage bag. Is this just from normal wear and tear?

I have a City Elite with newborn bassinet attachment. Is there meant to be a bit of movement with the bassinet? I can sort of wobble it up and down, not far enough that it would tip over but not sure if it’s meant to be completely immovable.

I am wondering if the Baby Jogger Elite has always had foam filled 'forever-air' wheels? I am looking at buying one second hand as a running pram on my property but I am worried if I purchase an older model, will I get flat tyres? I live remotely so if I get a puncture I can't just duck to a shop to get it repaired.

If the tyres haven't always been foam-filled, does anyone know what year they changed so I can buy models from then on?
