This is a great pram! Only negative is the heavy weight!

published

I’ve got this for my 3rd child from a friend. Wish I’ve had it for the first 2 too! So easy to drive around, especially when we only walk to their school everyday! Very sturdy built, the canopy is really big and can effectively block the sun! My little one can comfortably sleep in it since he was a newborn as the seat could recline so low. The foot rest bar is big enough for his big brother to sit on for a short while... overall I’ve been very happy with this pram!

The only negative is its heavy weight! For an Asian mum it’s quite a hassle to fold it and put it in the car and take it out again!

Excellent compact heavy duty pram

published

Works great on footpaths and roads which is what i need it for. Folds up easily and isnt too big and bulky. The only issue is i got the beige colour and it gets dirty very easily. The fabric can be taken off and washed but it is rather fiddly

A great buy

published

I bought this one for my fourth child after having has a bugaboo bee for the other three, and I didn’t have high expectations after the bugaboo. I was so wrong. I think this is a great little pram - excellent maneuverabity and super easy to fold and unfold. It’s bulkier and heavier than the Bee, so takes up more room in the car, but that’s acceptable to me given it was half the price. I can see why they are so popular, they are really easy to use, uncomplicated and good value. Totally recommended.

The best pram ever!

published

Just imagine folding your buggy with one hand, it’s easy and fast and requires no sweating at the boot of your car. I just love my city mini gt..it’s light and easy to clean(you can put all the soft parts through the wash) and it looks like new. The mesh basket has seen a lot of shopping and heavy loads and still going strong. I have growing kids and can’t let it go just yet but sold my other brand double buggy no problem. You never know ;)

Very good value for money

published

We purchased this for our first baby and was very happy with it. The seat area is a little big for a new born but that was the only problem. Very good to push even off road and folds up easy and small enough to fit in a suzuki swift.

Light and comfortable

published

Happy with the pram, it has lots of positive features, like it is light, easy to maneuver, looks stylish, helps me get back to exercise as it is a baby jogger. The storage space under the seat is suitable for me. The baby seat is comfortable and my child sleeps in there easily.

Great size, light and easy to fold

published

Great maneuverability, can get around tight shop aisles with ease. Super easy to fold, and fits easily in boot of compact car. Great features with shade canopy stretching far out. No need to buy extra shade cover (which we did and have never used!). Only complaint is not heaps of storage underneath, but enough for essentials and a few items when grocery shopping

Easy to use but narrow wheel base & small wheels make for an unstable pram

Amazing!

published

This pram is really easy to fold/unfold, it's not ridiculously heavy, it's super easy to maneuver and the quality is great. The only downside I have is it was really big, so it was a bit of a pain to get in the boot. Other than that, I can't fault it.

Lightweight, easy to use

published

This pram has done everything we needed it to. It’s light and easy to move around but sturdy enough to handle rough ground and kerbs. The fold is easy but I find the unfold can be tricky and requires both hands. Another small con is that the basket space underneath can be difficult to get access to. But it’s an ok compromise for the light weight and manoeuvrability.

Baby J City Mini GT - wow

Super lightweight and compact able for everyday life, folds in half which is perfect for small cars and houses!
Great for maneuvering with the flexi and lock wheel control, ideal for busy city walking or taking along the beach.
Also is great accessories that you can attach drinks holder, adaptors for another seat for more than one child.

Excellent pram

published

This pram is fantastic. It’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver. You can EASILY push it one handed. The seat can hold up to 29.5kgs which is well above move other prams, especially one so lightweight. It folds easily with one hand too, you just have to pull a strap on the seat. My son is extremely tall for a 3 year old and he fits really well and still has plenty of room left.
I’d love it even more if the seat was reversible so I could face him to me some times but otherwise it’s a fantastic pram and I’d definitely recommend it.

The best pram

published

Unbelievably easy to manoeuvre, even when helping the older sibling on his bike with my right hand. Easy to fold, light, good quality and you'll never have a flat tyre. I have used quite a few different prams over the time and this is by far the best. Large hood so the child can hide away if they are feeling grumpy.

Amazing pram

Light weight, easy to fold, goes well with accessories, holds my 4 year old comfortably (who is big for his age) and also my 18 month old always falls asleep in it. It is very slim lined, easy to push and I highly recommend getting this pram for your family

Compact & quick fold up

published

After shopping around for a while, we settled on the city mini GT. It's great for every day use, light and compact, very easy and quick to fold up and pack away. Very durable and great quality. Downside is the basket underneath can be hard to access sometimes when seat is occupied, restricted to how much you can squeeze in there due to the openings. Struggled to squeeze my nappy bag in, the bag fit in the basket though with room for more stuff. I would have preferred the option of rear facing also since they outgrow the bassinet quickly and are still young when forward facing. But overall, a very good handy pram.

Fits in little corolla and easy to manoeuvre

published

Best pram! Light, compact, easy to use/fold L push. I like that you can easily accessorise eg capsule adapters.
For a small pram the basket holds a surprising amount - I often can do a decent grocery shop!

The clear panels on the canopy make it easy to check on bubba. He's happy in it. 17months old now and happily naps in it.

Best pram ever!

published

I had bought a different pram before baby was born and quickly discovered it wasn't practical or easy to put into the car. In desperation I went looking for a more compact pram and ended up with the Baby Jogger City Mini GT. It was the best decision and purchase we made! It's lightweight and easy to fold and doesn't take up too much room in the boot. The quality is excellent and it's really easy to maneuver on different terrains. We travelled to the NT with this pram and purchased the carry bag when made it convenient for putting on the airplane. We also purchased the belly bar which has been great to hang toys off. Definitely would recommend this pram.

Can’t live without

published

This pram is the easiest pram to fold, I’ve done demos in the hairdressers who then went on to buy one!! It’s nice and light, the tyres are solid rubber so no flats! Plenty of storage in the bottom. Easy to wash if needed. I used from birth without any accessories, I just laid it flat and my 2yr still fits in it comfortably - money well spent

Great pram, light and quick and easy

I love this pram, it is so easy to fold up and pop in the boot! Doesn’t take up much room and is so easy to steer. I have a blue one, looks great as well. Only thing is it would be better if had a bigger basket but otherwise can’t fault it

I can't get out of the house right now, but am hoping someone can send me a photo of the harness system as you can't see this in any of the images on-line, and as well as collapsing it one-handed I need to be able to do the harness up with one hand.

Hi I’ve been offered a second hand City Mini. Unfortunately the colour is green and looks a bit old, is there an option to purchase a new seat cover (?? Not sure what it’s called) to make the stroller look a bit newer and a different colour?
Thanks

Hi there, I have just purchased a second hand GT. It's in great condition and I've had no issues, other than the harness. The top clip slides into the side clip but just slips straight out again unless the whole harness is clipped in. Is this normal?? It means that every time I take my child out, the whole harness comes apart and is a pain to put back together every time.

Hi there, the 5 point harness is designed to come away quick and easy. quick release harnesses are now a Safety standard as they reduce the risk of strangulation and make it quick and easy to remove your child should you need to during an emergency.
