    Reliable and cheaper

    published

We got a pack of Babylove nappies from a friend as a gift for our newborn. Until then we had used Huggies becauuse everyone seemed to use them. But when we trialed babylove, there was no turning back. We have had some leaks attributable to not fitting them on properly. We find them much softer than huggies especially around the edges where the elastic is. Ah and we bought one box of nappies and one packet inside the box was compromised (someone wanted to see what they were like i guess and Woolies just resealed the box and left it on the shop floor) and when we called Babylove, they sent us a replacement pack in a week.
$6 cheaper than Huggies and just as reliable; Babylove customer service quite nice.

    worst nappy rash

    published

My son wakes up from his night sleep with his clothes wet, nappy soaking. Poo nappies all require clothes changes. We were given babylove as gifts. We have gone back to huggies at night which has fixed the rash and babylove every 2hour changes minimum just so we can get rid of them.

    Love babylove nappies!

    published

These nappies are just as good, if not better than the Huggies brand.
I started using them at "crawler" 6-11kgs and have not looked back! They are especially good for bigger thighed chubby-bubbies! I find them really soft, absorbent and secure. They are also a great price- in particular for the bulk size boxes
    Absorbent, sizing, soft

    Been Good To Us!

    published

I switched my (now 11 month old) daughter to these when she was just 3 months, due to the previous, popular brand being too loose around the legs and many leakages. We haven't had much of an issue since the switch! Occasionally, whilst I'm changing her, I see some "boo boo" on the rim of the nappy where her thighs are, but that's as far as it goes. If anything leaked on her clothes, it was literally a droplet...not much to complain about. I'm so loyal to these nappies. They offer great absorption! My girl uses Walker now and so far, so good. I refuse to switch to anything else.
Great value for money, excellent absorption, Great fit and sizes
    Nothing.

I have just changed to babylove fro
Huggies. My son is 4 weeks and has had nappy rash I couldn't get to clear up. I tried these nappies for a change as I had been given some by a friend. It cleared up straight away. I wish I had discovered these from the start. The cut out waste and is perfect for umbilical cord.

    Rubbish!

    published

These nappies are terrible. Yes they might be cheaper than Huggies but you use twice as many. I have had more 'accidents' and leaks with these nappies than any other. I have resorted to using them as only emergency nappies. Do not waste your money. since there is no elastic or barrier at the back any liquid like poo just shoots right out the back. Unless my son is laying straight and not twisted onto one side and his head is slightly inclined (as he would be in a bouncer or pram) than the nappy either leaks from the back or the sides.

    Love, love love it

    published

It can be a little expensive depending on which stores you go to but they are cheaper than Huggies but they are just like Huggies just without the wetness indicator. I've used several brands and all except this one and Huggies gave my baby a rash. This nappy keeps my baby dry through the night and no rashes at all.

    Good price for quality offered

    published

I use it for my bub and quality is decent for price. Definitely better than coles and wollied and Aldi home brands. I always buy in bulk when they when they are on sale so costs same as home brands. Sometime Big W or chemist warehouse have them for sale.

The reason i gave it four star is that they are sometimes not enough absorbent during night.
    Price. Softness.

    Best value quality nappy

    published

I've tried all the supermarket nappies, babylove is the best for my little man. Comfortable fit, very absorbent, no smells or leaks. Great for nights nappy is very heavy and dry in the morning. I found cheaper nappies are smelly and require more changes to avoid redness. Babylove work out to be better value when all is taken into consideration.

    No good overnight for toddlers

    published

When my daughter was younger (before the DRIwave liner was introduced) Babylove were our nappy choice over all. But I have found that since my DD has hit 'toddler' stage and the DRIwave has been introduced, she doesn't wake up after a 10hr sleep without her pj's being soaked, meaning we can only use the remaining nappies during the day and have to use another brand for night.
I honestly believe that while DRIwave is soft, it is nowhere near as absorbant as the nappies used to be and just don't work for us anymore.

    Not absorbant enough for night

    Soft and absorbant

    published

I found these to be excellent with my new born baby, they are super soft and unlike other brands I tried their 'newborn' size actually was for newborns and not way bigger, plus their waist bands on the nappies were very soft and didn't irritate babies umbilical cord and belly button area. They are super absorbent and reasonably cheap for the new born boxes. But I do find as she has gotten older the crawler/toddler nappies are a bit more expensive and for fewer nappies

    published

i have been using these the past 3 months with the new dri wave.
the nappies are very soft feeling, so i imagine bub is comfortable in these!
never experienced leaking problems at all.
the only thing i didnt like was how the nappy looked once there was wee in it, it almost looked like it could rip with ease...but it has never happened.

    light but not as absorbent

    published

Was given a sample of Babylove Driweave to try.
Pros: Light and bigger in size compared to huggies nappies.
Cons: However did not manage to contain that much wee. After a similar time frame, the nappy was so heavy that it slipped off my newborn easily. The waistband wasn't able to hold the nappy up.

Can't comment about nappy rash as I only tried 2 samples. I probably will not buy this product again.

Got very heavy once there is a reasonable amount of wee.

    Best Nappy ever!

    published

I had tried several different nappies from the *advice* of friends and none seemed to suit my bub. There was either leakage problems, they had a funny smell or they would leave my bubs bottom wet. I one day received a sample of Babylove DRIwave nappies and have never looked back. They keep the bottom dry, do not leak and hold a lot of moisture! I am more than happy and have found the perfect nappy

    Love these more than Huggies!

    published

These nappies are cheap but in my opinion are better than more expensive brands like Huggies. I put this nappy on at 7pm and when my girl wakes up at 7am there are NO leaks and she doesn't wake up all night from feeling wet. Highly recommend to anyone that is sick of paying a lot for nappies! A+++

These diapers are a really great price. The fit is good, designs are ok. We have never experienced leaking or any issues at all. We recieved a sample and usually buy these now as we are really happy to continue using. When you weigh up the quality and price they are really well balanced.

You really get your moneys worth

    published

I've tried all different brands and every time I try something other than Babylove I kick myself. I've never had a problem with them and they are cheap. I find some other brands don't work as well overnight. I've never had to change him and the bed sheets due to a leaky nappy. Some mornings the nappy is so full I'm suprised he's even dry. They also don't get that wee smell like some other nappies. My son also has never had any rash problems with the Babylove unlike some other brands.

    Great for explosive poos!

    published

My son has explosive poos and this has been able to keep it all in! Huggies didn't! I'm surprised this hasn't had any leaks yet as it's quite loose around the thighs of my bub.
Only thing I didn't like is that it leave the clothes a bit damp. I'm not sure if that's how a breathable nappy works but it does feel gross.
Despite that, I'm still using it until I can find another nappy that keeps the poo in!

Old babylove nappies were far better than anything on the market till they changed them to the driwave very dissapointing its far from dry it leaves a dampness on clothes even though nappy is not full wont last overnight the shape is odd very high cut loose around thighs and very bulky . Regret getting 10 boxes ..
    At a glance looks good

So glad a mothers group friend suggested these!

    published

I was having issues with a competitors brand nappies leaking and bub waking up feeling wet. A mothers group friend suggested I try Babylove DRIwave. I was hesitant to start as they are some what cheaper than the brand I was using but I have not looked back since! I have recommended them to other mums!
    Price Point, Easily Available
Sometimes the tabs rip onto the nappy when checking to see if it is change time, so another nappy needs to be used if not needing a change

    FANTASTIC, Best Nappies!

    published

I used Huggies for the first 11 months of my sons life and regret not using Babyloves nappies sooner as I had SO many leaks as my sons classified as a "heavywetter".
Since using Babylove he has had no nappy rash, Wakes up dry EVERY morning, Never had a leak and the urine smell is not as over powering as they are so super absorbent.
I find that they last a lot longer then huggies and they are cheaper, Whats not to love?
I found the tabs so much easier and flexier then all other brands I have tried. They fit so much more snug around his chubby little thighs and dont leave any indent in any part of his body, Again unlike all the other brands we have tried. Highly recommend!
Everything, Reliable, Reasonably priced and great quality
