I have a conventional electric cook top and they are fantastic. I believe I read that they were suitable for ALL types of cook top. Try a google search if you are unsure.

Yes they do. I have an induction cooker and they work great with it.

I have an induction cooktop and the 16cm stone frypan will not work on my appliance because it is too small

It means that it doesn't have stone particles in it at all, it is just stone-like, very deceiving.

I purchased 7 items from the Baccarat stone & will be replacing all my cookware with them.
Since I have 4 different size frypans I would like to know if it will be ok.to stack them one inside the other to store.

Thanks
Cristina

It is probably fine to stack them, BUT we always put a cloth or sheet of paper towel between just in case. It takes no time and ensures the bottom of one pan doesnt dirty the surface of another if it isnt 100% spotless

Yes it’s all oven safe, just be careful touching the handles when they come out!
