Despite the 90s style website, I was really impressed at the commitment and speedy delivery of my order. Last minute suitcase order and it came in the free normal delivery two days after ordering. I wasn’t sure but the reviews suggested it was legit and They were spot on. Would def order again!
Ordered Samsonite Base 2 suitcase.

Reliable website, with fantastic customer service. I was able to call in about a query about a backpack and got a response every time. I found the Samsonite Eco Locus backpack cheaper on another site. I called a few places who wouldn't price match. However, Bagworld was able to price match as well as beat it by 5%. The bag was also delivered in a week, including a public holiday. Greatly appreciate your work guys!

Great website, the price was 50% cheaper than buying from retail stores. Bag was delivered in 2 days. Great service.

My item went missing by AusPost --> The customer service is top notch, they understood that I was travelling soon and needed my bag. So Adrian (the best customer service specialist) personally delivered the item to my place without a hassle.

I ordered luggage early on a Monday morning and to my surprise it was delivered by Australia Post next day. The pricing was better than their competitors and with service as good as this I’m sure it beats others hands down. Will always use them for all my future purchases. One very happy customer!!

What a great shopping experience I had with Bagworld.
I ordered on a Sunday,next day was a public holiday and received my package on Thursday morning, not bad from Vic to western Sydney.

Over the last 15 years three members of our family have purchased from Bagworld. They stock a wide range of quality brands. We have purchased four High Sierra and two Travelon bags. Every time we researched prices, and Bagworld was best. On my first purchase I was concerned they'd be lacking in service because they were cheaper. HOWEVER, the bag arrived in perfect condition and was shipped the day I purchased it! Yesterday afternoon I ordered two bags. They arrived TODAY. AMAZED. And that was their REGULAR service, not express. It probably helps that we are in the same city.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Such a fantastic company to deal with. My sons bag straps had started to come off his High Sierra backpack. After sending some images to their warranty department I was promptly replied to and advised that it would be replaced after I sent back the old bag.
I was able to communicate regularly with Tessa in Warranties.
She went out of her way to find me a bag to suit my son as the one that he had was not available for a few more months.
She gave me different bag options and dimensions and nothing was a problem.
The new bag was sent and arrived within a couple of days!

I put an order in and didn't receive an update for 5 days. They said the item was Out of stock and they could send it to me in a month time. This is not good enough as I need it for travel and work. I am not happy with this and think they should never take money in th first place. The item is still there on website now but not in Stock! Avoid this brand!!

Initially, I was very hesitant to place an order because I tried contacting the store on numerous occasions (>10 calls) but failed to get through. I understand that it can be busy over the holiday period, however it is important to remember that effective communication increases customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, the team kindly posted my order with express shipping as a good will gesture and the bag arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

As a self confessed “ bag tragic” I’ve have purchased approx 12 -15 items over the last +5 yrs.
I travel up to 25% of the year, mainly for business and only buy Samsonite and Pacsafe products as they suit my requirements and budget.
If I ever come across a “ special “ somewhere else, I always price check with Bagworld, which usually ends up with yet another bag purchased from Bagworld.
Delivery and returns have never been an issue. Put them in your favourites folder
