Extreme odour
The Topper has such a strong odour that I was not able to sleep on it. The odour was so strong that it filled the entire house. The product leaflet said there may be a slight odour which will disappear over time. I was not able to sleep on it until I had treated it with Glen 20. I sent an email to the company asking for advice how to treat the smell but received no reply. Nice way to treat your customers.

Save me from stiff neck
I’ve been using extra firm mattress and finally I bought this topper and save me from stiffness as the topper really soft and comfortable. I dont mind with the smell at all.

Avoid at all costs
When unpacked, the odour caused me to have an asthma attack. Given it is bedding, it should be absolutely odour free. I paid a lot of money for a product which I can't use. It is also a lot of money for a piece of foam and a poor quality covering.

Absolute comfort, no electric blanket required.
Tossing up between an electric blanket, new woollen underlay or a foam mattress topper. We purchased this product with some hesitation about reviews on the smell. We did remove the cover from the foam, put the foam in another room and put it out during the day on the clothesline and sprinkled the foam with bi-carb for a couple weeks. The process is well worth the effort, this foam mattress topper is like sleeping in a motel bed every night, comfortable and warm, absolute heaven, I would definitely recommend.

I've had the product for 3 weeks and its has had a terrible smell since the day I got it. The smell has gone into my new mattress and all of my bedding. Have had to take it off and take it back to the shop.I would not buy this product again
