Bas Phillips Duck Down Feather Quilt

Extremely disappointed very flat not near enough filling feel cold even on warm nights at present have 2 doonas on my bed as I wake freezing would there be any point in returning it to Harris Scarfe

i purchased a king size down and feather quilt 12 months ago, and am extremely disappointed. It constantly loses feathers ... I have to clean them up on a daily basis ... both off the floor and the bed. I have tried hanging it on the clothesline and letting it blow in the wind several times, but this hasn't helped. And when I change the quilt cover it looks as though a duck has been slaughtered in the bedroom!! Very disappointed. Don't be fooled by the classy packaging ... it is an overpriced quilt that will create a mess!

I purchased this product last year from day one it has lost feathers, the amount of feathers it loses is terrible. I am not happy about this product at all and as it was not a cheap product I expected it to be better. I have had feather doonas in the past and never had this problem. NOT HAPPY

Purchased this doona before leaving home in April. We are in a motorhome and the feathers are everywhere!! Will return it for a refund once we get back home. Have always purchased feather down quilts of good quality and never had this happen before. I am sure it has been very unhealthy for us.

Bas Phillips 70% duck down 30% duck feather. Lovely warm light weight quilt however it is constantly losing down and feathers. After changing quilt cover I need to vacuum every time. Thought this would improve over quite a few months of use. Has not. Won't have any down or feathers left soon.

August 4th 2022 Update: 90% down 20% feather doona

Bought the doona from Harris Scarfes and put it on the bed beginning of Melbourne winter. Was so looking forward to it as it felt lovely. However it loses so much filling I need to vacuum every second day. Never had this problem with different brand doonas. Doona cover washing day the worst. The carpet is covered in down and feathers.
