Bought the receiver and found out that Wi Fi is not working, The 2 specific kids channels I bought the receiver for (which are on the list of channels on the website) were not available. I sent 2 emails but never received a reply. No customer support of any kind

I know many that have been stung in the past with arabic tv boxes. Some of them offer 1000's of channels, but many don't work. Others always buffering or freezing or stop working with bad wifi.
