Yes they are based in Australia, Tanya. Victoria. The phone I purchased came from Australia as well. Delivery a little bit longer that stated due to Aust. Post overload.

I’m very concerned, when I first came on becextech I saw all positive reviews so I thought yeah okay it seems decent so I bought a iPhone 8 Plus 256GB red *special edition, order went straight through and my money but it still says (processing). Now I’ve come back on becextech to suss it out cause I got a funny feeling about this... turns out people have gotten malfunctioning on phones/cameras the company won’t do refunds and very poor communication etc. please reply back to me as I’m very confused # order number 105051

Over time I have bought iPhone SE, Samsung S7 and S8 from them. Never had any issues in compatibility or functionality (still use dual sim s8). All items were brand new. Mind though, I have never had a warranty case, so not sure how warranty coverage works.

But to answer your question in relation to their "proposed" processes, they don't provide receipts or invoices. They keep all activity of your account online for you to access. So you can not take it to anyone else but them. You have to send it to them. And hope they will return it...
They run fully and completely from Hong Kong, a province of China. Not Japan, China....

It has been acknowledged by Ratna that Australia post has advised you of such, but your company refuse to give me back any refund or even the lost item. Why do you act like this? Do you support the process called "stealing"? Is Becextech organised with a delivery driver with a set up scam like this?

BecexTech offers 7 days DOA (Dead On Arrival) replacement guarantee or 15 days DOA replacement guarantee for selected items. You must notify us as soon as the product stopped working. Any DOA products will be replaced immediately as soon as it has been assessed. All accessories, items returned must be in original condition or product will be repaired instead.
BecexTech also offers 14 days POM (Peace-Of-Mind) return policy. All POM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition. However, BecexTech reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.

You have every right to be sceptical, Bella. Use your credit card to pay for it, then if you're dissatisfied you can get your bank to refund the money. Also, when it arrives, take it to your local Apple Shop, they'll check the serial number to confirm it is OK. We took our demo iPhone 6s there recently and discovered it had been made in Japan so couldn't be serviced by Apple here. Otherwise it was OK.
