I want to buy a iPhone 8 Plus but am sceptical because I don't want to pay the money and end up with a phone that isn't up to standards. If I can be proved that it will be okay to order off this site then I will happily buy.

Read morele Shop, they'll check the serial number to confirm it is OK. We took our demo iPhone 6s there recently and discovered it had been made in Japan so couldn't be serviced by Apple here. Otherwise it was OK.

Postage is expensive because they have to pay off the delivery driver to return the items back to them (Becextech). So there is a record that the item was delivered, without a signature or a fake sign...

No they don't, because that would mean they can not retain the item... That is too secure for Becextech... The delivery driver can not forge a signature when delivering to a locker.

I am looking at buying one of your Tamron 100-600mm lenses, for approx $1400. As this is quite a bit of money for me, I am wary of making this purchase online as I hope can be appreciated. I wouldn't buy from this company. Very dodgy. I have a terrible time over the last few months with really crap phones from them. They use dodgy parts out of China, and then don't do anything about it.

So, you're getting a model which you could otherwise not get, and at a decent price. Their freight is probably a bit high, but in comparison, you're still getting reasonable pricing relative to other sites. Every time I've purchased it's been new items rather than refurbished ones, so if you are buying a refurbished or 2nd hand unit then you need to obviously exercise an added degree of caution. Factor in the possibility that you may have a repaired item that could potentially exhibit faults again in future. This is (of course) just common sense. Where is their phone number? I checked the website and could not find it (perhaps it is buried there). Also cannot find it in the directory under Becex. Yes, they have a fax number (who uses fax these days?) and I can contact them by email however I notice all the positive reviews are on sales that have been made but none on customer service (after sales). I was going to spend $3300 on a camera body, but have reservations on an organization for which you cannot find a working phone number.

Read moreproducts were from overseas. My items arrived late after I emailed multiple times on it due date. It was delivered from Hong Kong, not Australian Based at all. The box was only wrapped in the thinest piece of bubble wrap and that was it for it's entire trip from Hong Kong to Australia and so the box arrived crushed and dented on numerous sides. I opened the box to find no Canon paperwork at all. No warranty no Registeration paperwork, no Manuals. nothing. Only 1 paper cd slip that has been opened previous to me receiving it with TWO cds shoved in it that now had scratches on them because of it. Under that, the wall charger they provided was oversea made, so did not fit Australian sockets, so the company provided an "adaptor" but the adaptor does not suit our sockets either, so the charger falls out of the wall, or dangles away from it, which is a fire hazard. The website stated there should have been a WIFI-Adaptor card in the box and the box clearly states that it is include3d in it but the wifi-adaptor card is missing. When I unpacked my 7d Mark ii, I tilted it and straight away noticed a rattle sound. something is rattling around INSIDE my new camera, and there are fingerprint marks all over the screen. This is susposedly a NEW CAMERA!! I contacted the company straight away expressing my concerns and asking for a refund and they are flat out refusing me. I have included photos of the damage, and have threatened to take them to the ACCC. They do not care. They are saying they will only provide me with a replacement, AFTER they have assessed it for a fault. if they find no fault they will charge me $85 and send me back the damaged camera. So it looks like Im going to have to take this company the VCAT to get a refund of my money. Do not trust the positive reviews on here. They send you an email after you buy, saying if you give them a positive review they will give you 10-20 dollars. Of course people are going to write good reviews for free cash!! but this company has been found in breach of Australia Consumer law only at the end of LAST YEAR!!! as they were selling people USED PHONES AS NEW. SO please, So in my opinion I would find another store.

Read more protection which should cover your situation (you should get the money back from the bank much easier if you used your credit card as opposed to a debit card).
