I have dealt with a few brokers and found bell service to be the best among 3 previous services. Very good platform and easy to navigate and the agents have always been very helpful. The share trading prices are very competitive and like the research reports which is very helpful.

This team are thorough, professional, patient, and extremely meticulous with the work. They have gained my utmost trust in there product offering and make it seem easy. Very professional, efficient and responsive. Personal with one contact person. There were no hassles in transitioning from a partnership to company trustee structure. Wished I had moved earlier as each year took effort to providing all the information to accountant and fees were escalating. Now paper work is close to zero. Tax and auditing now a breeze and all at very reasonable fees.

I had an existing SMSF and joined Bell Direct’s service just over 2 years ago.

At first I was a bit sceptical because the fees are half what I was paying my Accountant, but now I can honestly say it was the best decision. I love the online information, the fact I don’t have to file away every piece of paper and was able to pay for advice this year with all the super changes without having to go to a financial adviser. It’s interesting how no investment adviser has any interest in dealing with you unless you sign up to a full ongoing arrangement!
