Easy to use with a clear layout of investments. Importing from other platforms is easy and report creation is excellent for tax requirements as well as analysis of share performance.

I had a major problem and the support staff were excellent in helping me resolve the problem, although there is no telephone support we managed to get the required result through a few emails.

I am one of the original users and have found it a great tool in my investment journey. I only comment I would make that the pricing jump from 4 portfolios to 5 which is around 300 NZ more Is excessive. They need to have a look at this.

Sharesight is great. It gives me a high level, bird's eye view across my portfolio. I'm not the best when it comes to keeping records of shares buy/sell, dividends etc. especially when each share has a different share registry. Sharesight has helped me multiple times on discovering missing dividends and also helping me with filing my tax.

Also the customer support is really helpful! Trity is awesome!

Such a nice site and software to use to get an overview of your portfolio. Easy to pass on to my accountant during tax times and so many features that you can use for reporting and analysis. Keeps tract of dividends and even reinvestments.

Your platform is ~85% good...

You need to add SHORT trade functionality/capability - as that would be a big help for those of us who trade on the US exchanges...

It would also be helpful if you could colourise the Capital Gain Column figures in the portfolio(s) so that positive $ and % figures show in green coloured font. (That column currently shows 'black' colour for positive and 'red' colour for negative $ & % - but there's a lot of black figures already in the other columns - so it would be easier (and nicer) to see all positive gains in a green colour for $ and % in that column :-)

As long as you take a little time to enter your portfolio, you can easily track your cross-commodity and cross-platform cross-border return gains and losses. The time period and classification can be customized, which is perfect.

Very responsive, quick and helpful response to all my questions. A good company to deal with, staffed with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The product is extremely useful and provides an excellent and high level of detail that is lacking in other competitors.

This is simple, intuitive, easy to use product which enables me to assess the performance of my investments over virtually any period, and using pretty much whatever different measures and groupings I choose. It replaces intuition and guesswork with real numbers. I get so much more out of it than I used to get from my financial advisor, and from either of the two major online brokers I use. And they seem genuinely interested in getting feedback and improving the product further.

The overview is the daily screen i review and to see the total return which i cannot get with either Nabtrade or Comsec. I have even imported my SMSF even though I use Class Superanuation to access the daily overview

Not only is it the best, it is also extremely cheap. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive too, adding other symbols as I request constantly. Try free first too.

I am new to the share market and therefore Sharesight.
As a new person to the share market Sharesight has shown me a number of ways to view and evaluate my share portfolio.
The webinar shown a variety of areas in Sharesight which I am learning from.
Since I joined I have asked a number of question and received great easy to understand answers.
Keep up the great work, more webinars would be helpful.

Neat system for tracking portofolio, keeping records of transactions (trades), dividends, overall portfolio performance and capital gain tax liability. Intergration with many brokers. Especially helpful at tax time - don't need to pay for tax agent - worth the subscription!

Needed to keep track of a portfolio, dividends and capital returns.
Sharesight excellent for this.
Especially the ability to import historical trades.
Help desk support good too. Normally would receive help on the same or next day.

Forgot to cancel my annual subscription and re-billed my card without warning. I requested a refund shortly after and was refused based on T&Cs despite not having logged on or using the product in the duration. Won't use it again or recommend it.

It's a stock tracking software not a share trading application. It's probably the best product out there for what it does. It helps me manage my portfolio and there is nothin easier or more accurate for getting annual tax reports done. For the CGT reports alone its worth the money.

I recently upgraded my sharesight plan from the standard plans to the pro plan. Although it is not a simple "click" process, the sharesight team sorted it out ensuring the smooth transistion of data and individual portfolios. More clarity on the process upfront would have been better but got there in the end.

I have only recently bought into Sharesight and have not had time to truly get to grips with it,but from my experience so far it appears to be a good tool.
