Another question pull out racks come out easily but when I am cooking they dont glide as though they dont fit and are hard to pull out How can I get them to glide easier.

Was promised a refund on the cost of new knobs for my Belling Oven FSG54TCFSNG on 10th April, 4 weeks later still nothing. Contacted Product care 3 times have now emailed them. Not very good customer service.
Yeah they’re hopeless, will never buy another belling product ever again....which is a shame for them since I am doing a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation and will be buying all brand new appliances this year!
It's only 3 May 2022, so be patient and wait another week. In many cases, corporate accounting approvals for refunds can take 6 weeks. However, you should not give up pursuing your refund.
