Have you a left hand open oven

We rent and the owners just replaced our oven with a digital Bellini. Can anyone tell me how to increase the cook time past 9minutes?

My oven won't work. It makes a continuous beeping sound and the display is flashing at the same time. I have to turn the power off at the fuse to stop it. I have downloaded the manual but no answers there. I have tried holding the OK button down to reset but no result. Can you help?
