Started taking it after a chemist suggested as a hangover cure (It actually works... ). I also got told that it is designed to help you metabolise consumed energy.... Hmmm dubious.... But i have found my self to be less hungry during the days that i take it before breakfast, then on the days i dont...
Energy efficient, long term it is cheaper then a cup of coffee, i actually lost weight while drinking it daily due to not feeling like i needed food for energy

Very poor option for the new packaging. There is no need to add any more plastic containers to the general waste. It should be withdrawn immediately.

The new packaging consisting of a plastic bottle of water with a pill in the lid is going to greatly add to landfill as most people will simply drop it in the nearest waste bin. Everyone nhas access to a glass and a tap, so just sell the pills in a canister (preferably biodegradable).

These pills made me ill.
I put down my adult on-set asthma to the bright yellow colouring in the water soluble pills.
I am 100% sure about this: if I take them I get acute asthma needing an inhaler -if I don't take them I am clear and don't need an inhaler.

Surely any 'health product' shouldn't contain known allergens like colourings, this is just ludicrous and it horrifies me to think just how many thousands of people might be affected by this one product.

When no other source of B vitamins is available Berocca is lot better than nothing, but it does not have the full range of B vitamins in it, and it is 15 times more expensive than the brand of complex vitamin B tablet supplement that I take every day.
Berocca makes people feel better and more energetic because it contains B vitamins, which are missing from the modern diet because of the way grains are refined. So I recommend taking Berocca rather than taking no vitamin B at all.
It tastes quite nice.
It is a very expensive way of obtaining B vitamins, and I worry about what makes them that orange colour.

I really does give you a boost of energy. It's very pleasant to take as one tablet dissolves into water in less than a minute to make a refreshing drink.

This is sugar free, which is good news for those concerned about unncessary calorie intake. You basically dissolve the tablet in a glass of water and drink the fizzy drink. It tastes just like an orange fizzy drink, so no bad aftertaste. It is expensive, but the tablets are cheaper than the ready-to-drink bottle. Overall, a fine perk-up product for short term use, not to depend on for the long term.
I used to take the Original flavour when I wanted to feel freshened and alert and its fantastic, because it worked!
Dont know the long term effects of this product, so I would suggest not to take for a continuous period.

I like the flavour of the original Berocca and the colour alone is vibrant enough to make me feel a little more awake. I take this after a late night out or even on mornings that I'm feeling a little flat. I think it's a great alternative to the fizzy energy drinks and you can take them along with you in your handbag. I really do feel invigorated after taking these and they have brought some spark back into some of my weekends lately.

The price seems to be going up, you need to have a cup and water available to dissolve it in so you need to take it either at home before heading out or at work.

Good water-resistant packaging - packs easily into handbag, briefcase,camping etc. really picks you up and has two great flavours ( favourite tropiacal)easy to take, especailly now they have the cup of water and tablet ready to drop in, in a ready to go pack.
getting more expensive -especaily the 'cup' version - I guess thats the price of convience!Otherwise you need a glass of water to disolve them in, and thats not alwasy handy.

My main reason for not continuing is the aspartame factor. Then it's the expense issue. I think the advertising surrounding Berocca is a bit of a fad and you get much more for much less with different products.

Contains Aspartame (artificial sweetener claimed to have detrimental effects, including cancer causing properties)- There have been hundreds of tests on this compound that have concluded it's safe to use but I am not convinced and will revert to a Mega B tablet once my current supply runs out. Expensive at $0.39 per tablet as opposed to $0.08 for a Natures Way Mega B tablet with more vitamins.

I'm not a fan of berocca in the slightest, for one it is to expensive, two it did nothing for me at all and three it made me throw up. I cant be in the same room as berocca anymore as the smell sets me off. Anything that has an effect like this can not be good for you.

I use this if I find that I am feeling tired and lethargic. It seems to pick me up without the chemicals of energy drinks. Beofre kids I used to use it for hangover relief! It tastes good and is quite refreshing to drink especially if made with cold taher than tepid water. It an easy to easily accessible way to add B group vitamins to the diet. I always make sure to pack this when we go away as there are often late nights and early mornings.

Stopped taking these as a pick me up about a year ago. I suggest that anyone taking them do some research on the ingredients... you may be shocked.

Berocca really does give me a pick-me-up, if I haven't taken them for a while I can really notice it, and after a few days of taking Berocca I feel on top of the world, i believe it just helps top up any vitamins that I may be missing in my hectic lifestyle.
I take Berocca every day and I love it, I'm not a big fan of swallowing tablets so Berocca is perfect for me. I personally actually like the taste, it is sweet and kind of tastes a little like fanta to me. I often have a Berocca while sitting at my office desk so it doesn't matter if it takes me 1/2hr to drink it, its easy!!
The price isn't exactly the cheapest but sometimes they are on sale so I often stock up then!

I used to take Berocca vitamins due to ignorance and I enjoyed the fizz and flavour, however I have since researched the ingredients and I am horrified to say that some are actually banned in America. for goodness sake, don't give them to children in particular, but reconsider for yourselves. The unfortunate thing about these products is that the chemical load catches up with you in time, and by that stage it is often too late to repair the damage done by chemicals to the body.

The product really tastes great with plain water or soda water. I think there's probably a bit of a psychological aspect to it also but in my opinion berocca does actually give a bit more energy and bounce for the morning. Especially the morning after a night of drinking Berocca really helps with alleviating headaches or just that plain sluggish and hungover feeling. I would take it everyday except it is a little expensive.
