Love the ideas theories & in this program but it is very difficult to apply a lot of this info if living outside America as is almost impossible to source precise or even similar ingredients or products if you live in country Australia (away from city) but some articles are useful/helpful but I would be hesitant to spend more money on anything extra from this program (it cost me about $60 to join a few years ago & have not paid anything else but they keep sending me articles/newsletters/info which is good but for reasons mentioned above I will not pay more for the special diet/weightloss programs constantly offered).. Good if you live in America
