I found the program to be flexible and to consist mainly of all fresh ingredients. The food tracker is a really useful tool that helped me to be aware of what I was eating throughout the day. I preferred to free style my meals rather than follow the daily meal selections offered, but it was helpful to have those suggestions to inspire my normal choices.

After putting on weight due to a health issue I was more than ready to try anything to lose it. I came across the program by accident when I saw it being promoted on morning TV. I’m so glad I signed up - I lost 6 kg in 12 weeks - I found the food and weight trackers helpful disciplines and enjoyed the meal plans which made it all so easy.

I highly recommend this program for they have some excellent menus, shopping lists, and they actually will refund your money by following the program. It was easy to follow. There is plenty of food and variety and the food is normal food you buy from the grocery store not special expensive supplements or any extra expenses.

Amazing! This program is very easy to follow and I have had great success with it, and so has my 70 year old mum. I had some baby weight to lose and my mum had a need for new healthier habits in her retirement, and we have both lost significant amounts of weight in the 12 week program and haven’t had to go hungry at all.

I lost 11kg in 12 weeks, with very nutritious food, like restaurant quality that I learned to prepare myself.
I never felt hungry, with prepared shopping lists and easy to follow recipes It is easy to become your own chef. Follow the "Tips" and pre-prepare where possible to speed up meal preparation. I will continue to follow the excellent lessons this program has taught me.

This program is a fantastic way to still enjoy all the foods you love but learn how to balance the treats within the week and not every day. I used some of the yummy recipes but in general just free styled but used the units as my guide.

TWD is a great program to follow if you want to lose weight, never feel hungry and change the way you eat. The meal plans were easy to follow and the weekly shopping list was a great way to make sure I had all the necessary ingredients for successful meal prepping. Weekly tutorials, exercise programs and community forums all helped to keep me motivated and focussed on my weight goal. The food and weight tracker app was another great tool that I used everyday to help me reach my weight loss goal and improve my health overall. Not a diet! It really is a lifestyle change

I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle. My weight loss hasn't been huge but it is the first time I have been able to lose and keep the weight off. I followed the program 90% of the time. I still went out and enjoyed socialising and didn't feel guilty like I have in the past. Carbs are back on the menu and guilt-free!

The easiest way to lose weight

My partner and I have found this program the easiest way to lose weight. All we had to do is follow the daily menu and track what you eat and exercise. There is also a great community of members out there who support each other.
The food tastes fabulous and you don’t feel hungry. You can even have an indulgence without feeling guilty.

This eating plan was not like any other diet. I was never hungry and began to lose weight immediately. The food is flavourful and the food tracker ensures that you can swap menu items and still keep to the dietary requirements. Can't heap enough praise on the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.

If your struggling with your weight and health, this is definitely the program to try. I have lost 9.1kg and 30 cm in 10 weeks. I have not once felt hungry as the food is plentiful and amazing. The recipies are so easy to follow and the program tools are really helpful to keep you on track. My health and well being have improved beyond my wildest dreams. The food was great and I was not hungry - I did have cravings which I now know was not about hunger but about my habits
Most of the time I find the process very easy. I do not like some of the foods suggested but was able to find alternatives that were more to my taste. I loved the fact that there was a focus on protein as this kept me full.

Is this program suitable for Insulin Dependent Type 1 Diabetic?
I am 56yrd old and I need to lose over 30kgs and am struggling with menopause and high blood pressure too.
For Diabetes I am on Novorapid Insulin Injections 3 times a day, Lantus Insulin at night, Jardiance tab once a day and Metformin once a day.
Avapro HCT for blood pressure
Losec for reflux
I want to lose weight to try to reduce these meds and help my joint aches and lower back/hip issues.
I cannot exercise much as I fell and have 2 bulging discs in my lower back which cause ciatica an MCL tear in my knee and Hip Burcitus.
All the more reason I need to lose weight!!

The program states that it is suitable for Prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes, it’s a program that helps you manage these conditions through diet, exercise and education. I would suggest contact customer service for this program directly to answer all your questions, good luck

The program offers a menu plan/program for pre-diabetes/type 2 diabetes, which is a carbohydrate controlled plan that helps you manage whilst adhering to the program. This is not tested for type 1 diabetes however.

The program is a lower calorie, high protein, low GI eating plan based around food groups and getting a wide variety of foods from the main food groups each day. If following the eating plan and rest of the program, you can still find results even if you are doing little exercise.

Good morning, I have high blood pressure and High cholesterol so is this diet suitable for me?

Hi Madonna - sadly I’m not a Doctor so I can’t answer your question, however I would assume that any healthy eating plan should lower cholesterol and therefore can’t be bad for you. It’s a scientifically constructed diet and is not primarily about watching calories, but more about being conscious of the food groups you’re eating. I lost 12 kilos in 12 weeks. Have a lot more energy and fit into my old clothes, but medically I’m unsure how my health has improved. I can guarantee it has though! If in doubt, I’d check with your Doctor.

Hi Michelle - as I understand it, taking measurements is optional. Personally I saved it until times when the scales reflected a disappointing result! If I then took measurements I could see the change! Scales are not the be all and end all.
