What does the hand or fist mean on a photos. Is it because it needs more resolution to be the size I want it to be?

Hi Is there a way I can move my saved Photobooks from old Bigwphotos site to new one?

I am unable to find the save button on screen to save my work (work in progress). I am working in a Windows 10 screen laptop.

A friend of mine went to print a photo but he accidentally uploaded all the photos that are saved on his phone to the printing kiosk, he then cancelled and left while the machine was deleting. The question is will his photos be saved onto the machine? Thanks

I have a nother problem when wanting to finalise and check out to payment process. The page keeps spinning its circles but nothing moves on. I am on a deadline with this and could scream out loud because this has been happening now over the past 24 hours.... Massive delay!!!

Can you develop photos from a Kodak disposable camera at big w?

I placed my first order with BigW for a photo book. I received my order and am very unhappy with the quality of work. Most of the pictures have been cut incorrectly and senselessly. For example, even for a solo picture, half the head of the person is missing. I would like to write a complain and ask for a refund. How do I go about it please?

I was wondering if anyone knows how Big W photo books use measurements in their books, I'm trying to figure out how many photos I can put into a large landscape book without leaving it too small, I've tried measuring on an older photo book I've done through them and my measurements and the photos in the book don't match.....can someone help me on this please..

Hello, I have just ordered a mug with a photo on it and I was just wondering how long should I expect if I were collecting it from the store during this holiday period? I have ordered this before and it took 4 days from ordering to picking it up but knowing that this service is probably busy this time of year, I was concerned that it would take a lot longer. I have downloaded the big w app and am selecting photos to print. I have noticed that the photo quality in the app is not as sharp as the quality in my phone album. Is this just the app or a reflection of the print quality? Ive used the big w website to order photos before and the quality has been fine.

Can I change the year on a calendar I have previously made? I made a calendar in 2022 and would like to use the same layout for 2020. I really don't want to start again. I just to change the calendar year to 2020 and be able to edit it. Thanks
