My kids love the taste and never forget to remind me for them to take it.
My kids are 4 and 7 I think it helps them when they feel a little off from food.
And it's a great price.

Some kids multis have artificial sweeteners which I didn't want. I also wanted one that had a decent amount of iron. One of my children is particularly picky and hates meat. If he hasn't eaten much meat he can look pale - a few days of these multis and he's back to normal. My other child suffers from mouth ulcers and I've noticed that every time he gets them its when I've stopped using these multis for a month or so. That reminds me to go buy some more! Ideally of course our children would all eat a perfectly balanced diet but it's just not that easy.
Reasonable price, at supermarket, yummy taste!
