We bought the Boori Lucia Urbane cot in Almond 1 month ago because we liked the look of it and it seemed very steady. When we were putting it together one of the side pannels was faulty with screws sticking out into holes where you are meant to screw in the mattress holder pannel. So we couldnt put it together. We submitted warranty claim and it took a whole month to get the replacement pannel and it had the SAME FAULT! So now we have to wait for another pannel to be sent out, which could be faulty again. Very poor customer service from Boori plus faulty unsafe furniture! Definately regret buying it and do not recommend it at all!
