Excellent
I have 4 BOSCH products & wouldn't buy anything else... it works great, is reliable and cleans itself... who likes cleaning ovens?
Everything. We've had it 6 months now so we've put it through everything. The adjustable heat on grilling is a must have as is the self cleaning. From Pizza to cakes it's spot on!

Thanks for your question regarding getting the best performance from your Bosch HBA541550A for cooking cakes using the Top/Bottom heating setting.
Pages 17 to 19 of the instruction manual for the Bosch HBA541550A have a number of guides for cooking various kinds of cakes using this oven. The Instruction Manual recommends that cakes should enter the oven while the oven is still cold, and additionally, leaving the cake in the oven for twenty minutes after turning off the heat will achieve the best results.
