I bought new Bosch WBB24751AU washing machine a while ago, it has been working fine until yesterday, the washing machine sounded to complete the load, unfortunately when I opened the door and found out the rubber to cover the input hole surround to perimeter of the drum was torn off,
I also found the water dripped on the floor which was scary, i am not sure water leaked in to the motor yet.
Could you suggest on how to fix the problem? where I can find the spare part (rubber) from Bosch manufacture? I am living in Brisbane Queensland.
Thanks
Lam

Regards, BoschHomeAuI bought a five year old 10kg Bosch and am loving it. Is it normal to take an hour and a half for the 'quick' wash cycle though? I could have done two loads in my smaller machine in the same time. If I don't use the quick cycle it's even longer! Thank you Rachel
Yes that's normal - I think that's pretty standard for front loaders. I wash blankets/sheets on 90 degrees with extra cycle and its about 2.5 hours.
