After much electronic trouble,Bosch sent a technician to explore.
Pleased to say that Bosch replaced the electronics at no cost to me.
This is great after sales customer care, as the unit was 6 years old.
Thankyou Bosch for looking after your customers.
You have restored my faith in Bosch

Horrible product with terrible customer service
I bought this from Harvey Norman and got it installed. After couple of months it was showing errors. After contacting Bosch I found that I have to take it out and tilt it to remove water. This started happening every month. After a year the dishwasher has developed another problem, Stopping mid cycle and restarting again - basically the cycle takes 12 hours. Then it increased to 24 hrs. Problems didn't stop here - Then dishwasher started and as soon as we touch any button, it goes off. Now dishwasher is not even turning on. self for few minutes once in a day and goes off. After contacting customer service - they simply want to charge $88 call out fees + 6 or 9 dollars / 5 minutes + parts cost. The cost of controller card is $300 +. So in nutshell - a hole of $500 in the pocket with no future warranty. THIS IS BOSCH. Better buy another dishwasher with 3 yr warranty and get rid of Bosch. I got rid of Bosch hot water system last time and I am so happy to make that decision. After this dishwasher, the last Bosch item left is dryer. NO MORE BOSCH IN THE MY HOME.Similar opinion? less than impressed
unable to use dishwasher as the upper spray arm hits dinner plates when placed in the recommended position: i've corresponded with BOSCH AFTER SALES for the last month with photo, model, serial number without success to date. Far from ideal and no closer to being able to use the appliance.
